Really nice pub,great find.Sat in the garden and enjoyed a coffee in the sun. Bar Staff were very friendly and helpful and will definitely be going back.

Absolutely fantastic lunchtime retreat.A limited menu, but wouldn't expect anything else for lunchtime.The food was excellent(A new chef, I believe 10/10)Kim the Hostess, was nothing but attentive to everyone, whilst also taking phone bookings for later in the week. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Lovely little village pub, if the main drag. Good local sales and ciders but no spirits. Nice little menu but too many items not available.

I first visited this pub almost 30 years ago and it was about 10 years since the last time I was there but judging by my most recent visit I'll be coming back much more often. One of the specials when we visited was the cottage pie and it was one of the best, if not the best, that I've ever had. The pub wasn't very busy and even though we had to wait a bit for the food, it was well worth it. The chicken Caesar salad was so full of chicken and the Spanish tortilla and patatas bravas were excellent. I definitely plan to come back again soon.

All the staff were so friendly and helpful and made the visit so special! The food was also delicious and excellent value for money. Will definitely be coming back!

Definitely our favorite go-to neighborhood beer garden. A bit off the beaten path so never crowded but food and beer is excellent and well-priced. They mix rustic charm of traditional interior pub with outdoor seating in a well-kept garden. Now owned by Windsor and Eaton Brewing Company with a strategy of providing quality service with quality food and drinks. Kim and Alana are the manager and supervisor. They are incredibly friendly with many years of professional customer service experience in the food industry. They are rockin it! There is also a little hiking trail (public footpath) directly behind the pub (with parking) so you can enjoy a walk either before or after your beer. Check out the menu below.

Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, fantastic food, quality beers and wines. Whole family had excellent time and portions were more than sufficient. Definitely going to return here.
