Just stopped to pickup grandson who had enjoyed a meal there

One word to describe this BK. Awful. Nothing has changed in 30 years especially the toilets. The grease hadn't been changed so the onion rings were disgusting.

Should be called RAT KING,i saw about 8 rats in 5 minutes, from little brown ones to big fluffy black ones. Staff car park bushes riddled with them. Crazy to see.

We went through the Aldershot drive though, placed our order, was surprised to be told when we tryed to order large meals no large drinks were available, but we're still charged full price. Got home to find that the share box we ordered was not there despite asking if everything was in the bag we were handed, tried calling the restaurant several times, nobody answered. Terrible service has left me out of pocket, a disgruntled child and a bad taste in my mouth (yes that will be the cold food due to waiting for you to answer the phone) Not best pleased at all !! A lot of money for poor service and mediocre food !!

Staff very friendly and helpful. Good parking, plenty of seating. I tried the new Argentinian burger which I would not recommend. Very strange flavour that didn't really combine well. It tasted at weird as it sounded. Adding my child's iceberg with mayo helped

Visited recently and stayed for just over an hour mainly due to the stupid and unreliable app not allowing me to order and therefore took much longer to order than it should have. A few days later I received a £100 parking fine. Went in and spoke to the “manager” who couldn’t have been more disinterested and unhelpful if she tried. She just kept repeating that she did not care we had a fine and that there was absolutely nothing they would do about it. Said we should have told them about the car reg number when we visited the first time, but we were not told about this by anyone in store and the tablet which you enter your reg details in is not exactly obvious. Maybe a sign on the door or make your staff ask if you parked in the car park when ordering would help. I know there is a way for them to remove the fine from the system as it has been done before, they are just lazy and don’t care about their customers. Will not be back to this place. McDonald’s on the other hand when this has happened just said sorry and cancelled the fine off the parking company’s system.Would have bought dinner for us from there if the manager had cancelled the parking fine, but she was so rude I just walked out in disgust, I will not give my money to company’s who treat there customers or staff like that, so this franchise have lost another customer for good.

2 week now no ice cream. Totally unacceptable. Either a spare machine should have been bought in after a two day or repair should have been completed within 2 days. Also no hot chocolate on 2 week. No ice cream or hot chocolate on same unbelievable. This is not the way to run a business. Not Happy at All

Another Burger King with the usuals but here the service is good. Ample free parking space available. Free WiFi on site. Close to the town centre. Outdoor seating available. Pleasant ambience. Not too crowded.
