Burger King in Rushmoor

Food was the usual Burger King food. However this branch needs to sort out its service using the app.Ordered and confirmed I was within 5 minutes of location at 12.56 (so they'd start making it). Walked to counter area at 13.01. they noticed I was waiting at 13.05 and asked my number. Hadn't started making it...Finally got order after 10 past. It wasn't even particularly busy, just seemed like a lot of the staff didn't know what they were doing (apart from someone who appeared to be a supervisor on the tills).Quarter of an hour to receive a burger king meal is not fast enough although it appeared other people had mistakes with their order at the same time.

We had lunch there on saturday 9 of April and sice then my wife is sick with food poisoning. Discusting. Never eating there again

As fast food joints go it's not the best but certainly not the worst either

Interesting underground bunker version of the chain. These guys are taking the plant based thing serious. And they're smashing it! They do need to get in on the self service thing.

Very long wait for the food, they seemed understaffed for the demand. The food was tasty, though.

On a positive note, the food was nice but the ordering was a little slow. The open seating area wasn't the cleanest with a table or two with leftover stuff on, our table was also not cleaned before we ate at it... Didn't seem to have enough staff which may have explained this.

When I asked what cooking oil was used in the fryers for allergy, the lady had no idea what I was asking for. Another guy came from the back and let me know it was vegetable oil. Then the order was wrong and had to take it back, I didn't get some of the food I ordered either, but couldn't be hassled going back again. I don't mind anyone working with customers, but as I don't know their native language, it would be helpful if they would be able to understand English, doesn't have to really speak it, just understand what food they have on the menu and what you're ordering and asking for. Was quite hard work.

There are usually long queues and I'm last out if my husband also goes to Subway but the forecourt is kept clean and has ample seating. It's so bright with the glass roof and the airplane suspended above the court is entertaining for the children.

If there was a negative star rating, it would get it. Very disrespectful staff who not only got an order for 3 drinks wrong but then were not concerned about correcting the error. Manager was rude, then staff sniggering openly and looking over. Dirty tables, floor and chairs. Not enough seating.

Very good. Staff polite but lack of English is not good when taking orders from customers. Clean venue. And hot nice food at fair prices. 3 stars as no drink refill and hard to order due to lack of language skills of serving staff.
