5*s are for Jessica (red hair) the super friendly and extremely hard working member of staff behind the till. This girl is unreal, being pulled from every direction and keeping professional, efficient and super smiley throughout busy services. This is the second time I’ve come here on my stay and she’s stood out both times. Great customer service isn’t easy to come by these days especially when under pressure, she nails it. The girl deserves a raise/promotion, her service shouldn’t go unrecognised.

Freindly welcoming staff. The seasonal winter coffee recommended was superb. It is the best Latte I have had in ages, smooth and rich, best of all no bitter under taste. Will be returning for more!

I am a regular customer to this branch and have to say the staff are lovely and friendly. The Manager Tapu runs a tight ship and is very efficient. The cafe is always clean and tidy.

Shop is always untidy & tables always ful of dirty cups,plates,napkins & cutlery not to mention the floor is always covered in other people's food..... the staff always seem to be to busy to take care of inside dining customers more interested in sorting home deliveries,click-n-collect... customers seem to be left hanging around in queues waiting to be served drinks that have already been paid for while the unorganised staff are rushing around but never seem to accomplish a simple task..... poor management of staff

Went there for breakfast today and had a really nice time. The atmosphere is friendly and the service was quick. I'm vegan and my friend's vegetarian and we were both easily catered for and had the same coffee just with different milks lol. Only issue for me was that they had no jam for my toast but they did have peanut butter so i wasn't too bothered. Overall it was clean and nice and we'll go there again.
