Really poor customer serviceFood was old and not tasty felt like gave us last night left overs

Incompetent delivery system. The website was giving me an error message so I ordered by telephone. I had to frequently repeat myself and when read back to me had to correct several errors. I gave my address, was told delivery would be £1 and would be 30 to 40 minutes. We were called back in 30 minutes and told our order had been cancelled as we were outside their delivery order. Had they said this on the original call I would have chosen to collect it as it is less than a ten minute drive! Won't be bothering again with such hassle.

My second visit and won't be my last. Excellent service and freshly prepared food. Recommend the Donner Kebab.

Always been our go to kebab place. But now its over priced and they cant even get the simplest of orders right. Which ruined a good night. Will be going elsewhere from now on.

Edit to review. I still agree with my previous review. Still very nice, but the prices have increased massively. I understand everything is going up but £11.50 for a kebab is very high.Love the chicken shish kebab and that the salad comes separate. Doners good too. Like the doner well done and crispy. Always deliver in decent time.

Order from here based off a few of the good reviews on google. They did not disappoint. Chicken shish was as good as any restaurant I’ve been to and the website was very interactive. You get options to choose what toppings you want on every item which ensures you get just what you want without having to call up. This will definitely be my go to kebab shop when in the farnborough area now.

Been using these for a few months and has always been great. Food is always spot on.Please though use their app/website to order though and not one like Uber or Deliveroo.2 ReasonsThose apps prices are usually inflated for the small independent shops so it will save you money and also those companies take such a large cut the restaurant themselves make less money, sometimes not enough to cover their costs. They feel like they have to use them to be seen though.Use smaller shops own order methods, you save money and they make more, so if you like a restaurant don't contribute to them going out of business.I'm not connected to them at all but I don't like to see them and us needlessly giving money to big companies to spend on directors and flashy adverts.

Placed a collection order online. The kebab meat was perfect, not too greasy and the salad fresh. Probably the best kebab I've had. I recommend it if you want good quality and a reasonable sized portion.Unfortunately the customer service leaves much to be desired in enthusiasm and interest. An occasional smile from staff and a less depressed attitude would be ideal.

I ordered two small lamb donners and they were delivered within 30 min.Really good kebab. Tasty succulent strips of minced lamb with a great chilli sauce.Will be my go to kebab takeaway during this pandemic
