Its Pizza Time in Rushmoor

awful service. food came an hour after it was supposed to. called to check up on delivery and got hang up on and the people i spoke to were very rude. tried to blame uber eats (the app i ordered from) but have never had an issue like this before. this might be worth it if the food was nice. not only was it cold when it got to us, there was very little of each thing and profiteroles looked horrid. do NOT recommend.

Will not be going again. Was walking past when I felt hungry so poped in to get some food. chips were under cooked to start, then opened the pizza i purchased. Ordered a plain pepperoni and was given one with mushrooms and onions on. (Can't eat mushrooms). Phoned the store witch is about a 10/15 min walk away to quierie it and kept getting asked about delivery. Told the store that I collected, then tried selling me another pizza before saying I called the wrong store. The store that I went to was Farnborough store in North camp area. I would give the store a lower rating than one star if that was an option. Will not be going again, waste of money as pizza went in the bin. No refund or replacement pizza offered.

They accepted my order and then they cancelled it after 50 mins. I came from work at 11:15 at night and ordered the food. When I called them to enquire why did they cancel order they have no reasons and person did not care to answer me and hung up. Would not recommend anyone to have food.

My mum who is eighty bought a pizza on Sunday night.It was uncooked cold and inedible.She returned next morning to complain and the management did not even listen to her and he was happy for her to complain and was told to ahead with it. Do not buy pizza from this place. Extremely rude management no customer service. Will be forwarding to Trading standards.

Delivery not complete took 10 mins to come back with the rest of the order when phoned they told me it was not cold refused to re place will not be using th em again RUBBISH !!

Ordered pizza didn't arrive. Called the Restaurant said it was out for delivery. Half an hour later, called again. Told us we would have to collect the pizza. Would have been great if driver had called us if they could not find our house. Refusing a refund too!!

I usually order from Pizza Hut or papa johns but this time for a change I tried this pizzeria and was pleasantly surprised. The pizzas were hot and tasty and the garlic bread was also good. They have their menu reasonably priced and with Uber eats discounts it makes the deal even sweeter. These guys are surely giving the high street pizza giants a run for their money ! Great job guys and I look forward to ordering again in future .

The best pizza shop in Farnborough. I absolutely love its pizza time. They have Amazing Pizzas , Amazing Service and Very Friendly staff. Prices are quite decent as well. Pizzas are always fresh with good amount of toppings.

Yet again amazing pizza, was always worried as I have cheese less pizza as allergic.Pizza never been wrong, always tastes fantastic and partners with cheese was also great ( she tells me ).If you're looking for a fantastic Pizza, you've just found the place to come.Never had any problems after years of using them.Great job guys/girls as normal.

Amazing pizza always comes early loads of toppings cooked to perfection delivery drivers are very polite amazing service 100% would recommend this place
