KFC in Rushmoor

Very rude team leader.. walked in and wasn't even acknowledged then she was very jus moody.

I ate here, asian staff were great 👍

Food always greasy and sometimes order is incorrect and miss a problem to rectify.

Been there today after God knows how long and dirty everything from floor's to tables/windows everything and cashier was really upset with me ordering food probably had something else more important to do other than serving customers but a disgraceful place this is obviously last for me in here and from now on will check all others as well,please don't go in there as it's bad for your health

KFC was good nice and crispy!!! Just how we like it!!Presentation was great and definitely a value for your money!!!!I was even happier when I remembered that they take your Blue Light Card too for a lovely 15% discount. Can't go wrong!!

Worst experience. I had £5 KFC app voucher and blue light discount. Bought meal for £5.99 and the lady in counter first said I can use both and when I checked the screen only blue light was input and total was £5.20. I asked if I can use my £5 voucher instead of blue light and she said she doesnt know how to do it even though the manager popped in to ask if there is any issue to her, which she replied no. She only gave me blue light discount and said use £5 voucher next time which was odd answer 😵‍💫, got feedup and paid £5.20 rather than arguing. Won't go there next time. Staffs needs more training.

Customer service is extremely poor. When in store waiting for a manager everyone ignored me so I proceeded to ring and heard the phone ringing. Watched them pick the phone up twice and put it down.Although its fast food and not the greatest industry you still expect some level of service and not to be ignored when there is an issue.

Absolutely shocking! The state of the place is absolutely ridiculous. All tables had used trays on, the floor was visibly dirty and litter with trash. We were unable to find clean table after placing an order. Unable to understand staff mumbling something with face covered behind the till screen. I asked one of them if she could clean our table before we eat... she never turned. The place wasn't even that busy.Customers should take care of their own litter and leftovers, yes. But having making sure the "restaurant" is clean and presentable that's another thing, especially if the tables are visibly filthy. Absolutely disgusting experience! Fully deserved 1 ⭐ Thanks, never again.

My husband got food poisoning last night with painful tummy cramps, vomiting and diarrhoea from the chicken that was not cooked through properly. What was also shocking was the attitude of the staff when he took it back to them to show them, they refused to admit that the chicken was under cooked! and refused to give a partial refund for the chicken pieces he was returning! Luckily he just about managed to grab this photo before they took the tray away from him! One piece can be clearly seen to be pink, and the other one is also pink, but from underneath which is not showing in the photo.

Typical KFC as any other, service was OK, decent decor, toilets were blocked off unfortunately. Credit cards accepted. Food was okay.
