McDonalds in Rushmoor

Waiting In line for 20mins to order breakfast, arrived at the order point at 11.00 ( dash cam to prove) was told I'd missed the cut off, proceeded to watch the next 2 cars behind me handed their breakfast order, whilst shaking my head they called me back to say it was a mistake. Was obviously not possible to reverse as I had cars shouting at me. Called the manager as he said to come back to the full carpark with no room to manoeuvre.Really petty service and basically what you get when children are running the place. Definitely will not return in the future

Faster service than most McDonalds I have been to and food was freshly cooked.

I like this McDonalds but since the recent refit the upstairs isn't as good, mainly as they've put frosting on the glass for some unknown reason.Also, despite ordering through the self serve points there always seems to be an issue with the order, either something missing or something wrong.Those points aside this remains my preferred McDonalds in the area.

The water in the toilet is running for at least two weeks. McDonald’s policy of efficiency it goes literally down the drain. Let alone the customer inconvenience…

Popped into this McDonald's before work today to get a breakfast meal and the self serve checkouts had no till roll in so couldn't print receipts with the order number on. Asked a young woman for help and she was very moody and customer service skills none existent. Young lad at the counter unhelpful and assuming he's a member of the management then it's quite shocking the level of service at this branch today. Overall a shocking place

Nice and clean. Service was good. The food was served hot. Though we had to wait quite a while for the drink (frappe), the burgers were ready before the drink. Overall had a good experience

Hygiene can't be great here..found hair, often gets the trots and once I even found a fried FLY in my chips. Staff never offer sauses, when you ask for them you get glared at.The traffic caused by this being built, and the increased road rage and accidents on the roundabout is not worth it. Council are shameful for approving it.

Cheap, fast food. Nothing amazing, but not bad either. It is everything you expect. What more can you say? Parking is limited, but a good amount of seating inside. Kept clean. Lots of order points and the table service is impressively quick.

Fast and clean, great service. Only advice, improve your process of packing and checking the food that goes into the bag, multiple times my order was not packed correctly, today 03/02 my kids happy meal and a large fries was not included even though on the reciept...

They never serve ketchup with take away.Don’t compare the burgers with the photos which they displayed. You’ll get only one slice of tomato. Quantity of cheese is much more than you will find any other McDonald.Don’t expect hot fries with take aways. If you order ice creams with take away, the quantity will be comparatively less.I have complained twice. Once they sent a coupon over the post but I had to complaint again mentioning that either they should improve the service or make giving a coupon with every delivery.
