You should spend more time to educate your staff and tech them how to treat theyr customers with a bit of more respect

Staff are great but I do have a quibble. I recently called in hoping to have a breakfast of porridge only to be told that the Cafe didn't have any as stocks hadn't arrived. When I suggested that some be obtained from the main store I was told that that was not possible - WHY???

I only go there for breakfast, but do visit almost daily. Generally it is ok but I get the feeling that they are short staffed most of the time.Recently I have wanted to go for the healthy option of poached eggs on toast which I haven't been able to have due to staffing. Also, and I have given direct feedback, their mushrooms are boiled and the taste of them makes them inedible.Overall it is a good place for a cheap breakfast.

Really lovely, hot, excellent portion size & well cooked. Definitely worth the money

Hour wait for a breakfast when there was only two other tables in the room with people on, and the only hot things were the sausages.

Fabulous having the cafe open. All the staff are lovely and the place is immaculately clean and laid out. They have it absolutely right. My Father and I had a lovely value for money, all day brunch and a cuppa, I would highly recommend this, eating in what felt like a safe, clean, friendly establishment. Well done cafe team.

Twice been there both time no fish and chip available including salmon, ordered omelette instead but after waiting half hour been told that they don’t have got mushrooms omelette too.

Very good value for money. Some surprisingly good food selections here too.Reasonable choice of teas and coffees plus other drinks.An array of cakes and desserts on offer plus selection of sandwiches etc.Clean tables.Some comfy chairs to sit on as well.

Don't normally do feedback but I have to say the management in the cafe need to learn some people skills. Desperately understaffed, one lady taking orders, serving out food, and clearing tables at the busiest time of the day, bound to make errors but being confronted by her manager in front of the customers is not good management. Coffee machine out of beans causing no choice in the coffee range. No sandwiches or other prepared food apart from cakes n biscuits.

Not very good, they only offer breakfast at the moment and even that takes ages, they said that the till is broken and so is the kitchen computer. They told me it would be fixed in a few days. Nearly two weeks later still broken. However maybe it's now fixed but I'm not holding my breath.
