Pizza Express in Rushmoor

Normally love pizza express but this experience was pretty unimpressive. Pizzas all came either uncooked or cold. All the waiting staff were very young and sweet but not very experienced and we saw them standing around talking a lotThey didn't pay attention to us much so I ended up giving up on asking for tap water. One pizza was cold we asked for it to be warmed up . They brought it back burnt. Think most of the permanent staff had probably been chased out the country by Brexit.

We wanted a vegan giardiniera pizza but they weren’t available on Deliveroo. I rang the restaurant and they were happy to swap out the cheese for me when I gave them the order number. Fantastic service, thank you Jacob.

Went at 7pm, 6 people and it was not overly busy a few tables available. They didn't have half of the stuff on the menu, they messed up our order, when the kids pasta came out it was bone dry and when I told the waitress she said "I can see its totally dry but the manager said serve it anyway" really poor experience and one of the worst pizza express I have been to! Avoid pizza express Aldershot. Very disappointed 😞

Food was great but not one staff member wore a mask, our waiter had a cold. Tables were far too close to each other meaning people walking through to get past were too close to us. Did not feel covid safe.

3 hours later and we have finally finished. Despite pre-ordering, the starters still took nearly an hour, main course was better but dessert was a 60 min trickle of hot drinks and blobs of ice cream randomly appearing. It's been a long eve out!

Food was lovely, service awful. Big party so we preordered but despite this the starters took an hour to appear and many were missing. Mains were ok but then desserts was another hour wait. We arrived at 1900 and left after 2200 (some people had to leave money and get cars before car parking ran out!). We would have had more empathy for the few staff there but the defensive attitude from our waitress just made for an awkward atmosphere.

Absolutely no. What a waste of time ordering ahead. Staff can't cope with a table of over two. Twelve people arrived managed to get drinks served eventually and then it went down hill from there. Starters came to the table one at a time over twenty-five minutes and we were then left to drink for a further eighteen minutes before the 1st main arrived to then wait twenty-eight minutes before a further two mains arrived . Staff could not cope nor organise themselves . Will never return

Such great service! Despite the busy night, two young women took diligent care of our table of 6. We asked lots of questions, made specific alterations to menu items. Our order arrived exactly as requested.The pizza selections were unique, flavorful. We appreciated the broad range of tastes. The Vegan Nourish Bowl was a particular favorite for those not interested in only pizza. The combination of flavors and textures was as unexpected as it was delightful. I’d return just for that. The portion is hearty—plenty to take home and enjoy again.The clean and crisp decor is like a bow, tying up this great experience.

We were in a party of 16 on a not-exceptionally-busy Friday, and we had pre-ordered the food. It was 60 minutes before some dough balls appeared, 70 minutes before our drinks arrived, 90 minutes before we were served the mains, and 120 minutes before we had desserts. The food was delicious, though I think reasonable prices are being maintained by reducing some portion sizes.

Weren't able to seat a party of 7 together in a half empty restaurant. Staff very friendly and polite.
