I really do not like telephone interactions. When I spoke to the person who took my order, it was not difficult because his English was excellent and I did not have to over-explain the order. I just stated the number and a one-word description of what the item was. The man with whom I spoke was very polite and friendly. I also did not have to repeat myself.I think the place also appreciated the distinction that needs to be made between vegetarian meals and meals which contain meat, and these was packaged accordingly in separate bags.The food was excellent - tasty and generous portions, will attend again but not too often as might gain weight.***We attended this place again in April 2022. The woman at the front who takes the orders is very kind and knowledgeable about the menu. The food is excellent and I recommend this place. They have just refurbished, please the photographs.***

Excellent tasty food & service by one very fussy person . So easy to order! Delivered hot🔥 We were told to try this Chinese months ago & finally got around to trying - it did not fail to please. Thank - we know you all work hard.

I’ve just moved to the area so came here based off of the good reviews however I was disappointed. We spent over £20 in store and weren’t offered complimentary crackers like other Chinese takeaways. The sweet and sour chicken was really chewy and dry and the king prawns tasted of chlorine, so must have been cooked in chlorinated water. My boyfriend did enjoy his rice and you get a lot for what you pay in terms of portions. I unfortunately won’t be returning.

NOT EVEN 1 STAR. Ordered at 6pm today 31/12/20. 90 minute delivery. 8pm came and went. No one answers the phones. 30 times i called them. No delivery still. I then drove to the place and asked where the food is."Not even started it yet mate" disgusting. Cooks eating while making. GROSS!!

The lady taking the order is the nicest person you'll meet. She's attentive and very accomodating. She made a few special dishes to cater to my needs. The food is well made and proportionate to the price paid which isn't more than a meal at maccyd. Give these guys a go!

Firstly, I had to wait 10 minutes shy of two hours before my food arrived reasonably warm, then when it finally did arrive, I checked my order to find that in place of the miso soup I ordered, was a chicken and mushroom soup.Which, frankly, is not confusable with miso whatsoever. And to top it of with a nice little cherry, I am actually vegan so imagine my anger and disappointment of the service I had received.And coming from someone who has worked in hospitality for a long time, I find this lack of efficiency vastly unacceptable.

I ordered spicy Singapore rice and spicy Singapore noodles. But when I got home and opened my ordered I am not happy as I am expecting it have peppers and 🌶 but it looks normal fried rice and noodles.. And it's really taste bad. This is my first time to say to the restaurant. I really love takeaway food but tonight I am not happy.

We just had the food from here as my brother recommend. We are blown away by everything such as customer service, delivery timing and FOOD. The food was amazing never had such a great Chinese food. As a vegetarian I always had problem with limited food option. I am thrilled and amazed by the food.Best of the BEST CHINESE FOOD EVER EATEN.Well done SAKURA and the Team you just earned 3 more fans.

Veggie friendly - I usually don’t trust dishes labelled as vegetarian in Chinese restaurants. However, the gentleman on the desk/answering the phone is very competent - he has fantastic English and he kept checking each dish with the chefs (on the phone and in front of me) to be sure that there were no traces of seafood/meat in any of my dishes.Also, it was delicious - I highly recommend the aubergine in black bean sauce !
