Sticky Sisters in Rushmoor

We ordered through "El Taco Loco" on Deliveroo, which is apparently the same restaurant. We were excited to see a Mexican option pop up but unfortunately it was the most disappointing meal we have had in a really long time.The quesadilla had hardly any filling (see picture), little flavour (definitely no spice) and was completely untoasted. Like slightly warm wraps with a little filling sprinkled in them, even the cheese wasn't melted.The burritos were completely cold, very tasteless and the beef used in them was really poor quality, reconstituted beef pieces with no texture. I tried reheating them but it was still so unpleasant I only ate a few bites.The fries were lukewarm and soft, not crispy. The chicken nacho shell was okay but not very flavourful and all the toppings were mixed together.The only positive was the jalapeño poppers we ordered as a side were tasty and hot.Will not order again and do not recommend!

So usually we would order a cheeky nandos but for some strange reason it was closed.I had heard lots of good things about sticky sisters so thought to give this a try.Never again.Firstly we placed our order at 6.30pm - our food didn’t arrive until 8.30pm! Only to find out from the delivery driver that he was made to wait near 40 minutes to be given our food delivery. During this time I had tried to ring the restaurant to find out the status of our order - Deliveroo doesn’t exactly give you a detailed outline of the process - only to have my phone ignored and nobody picked up. I must have called at least 8 times.The portions of the food are not great at all and the taste isn’t that great either. I mean £5 for a small box of cheesy chips that were stone cold and tasted like cardboard! The meat wasn’t that great - ordered boneless wings and got chicken chunks that were quite tough and over cooked.Will definitely avoid this place in the future.

This has to be one of the worst take-aways I’ve had in a very long time. The burgers arrived with no toppings or salad. The loaded chips arrived with 3 tiny bits of fatty bacon on and the cheapest cheese that wouldn’t melt even after blasting it in the microwave. The chicken strips were dry and stringy, took half a glass of water to swallow it! And the sauce it was meant to be tossed in was non existent. Have been so excited to try this place but won’t be back. Very, very disappointed.

God awful food! Chicken was inedible!!!! The chicken wings were beyond tiny!!!My two young step children under 6 couldn't even chew through it! The bbq chicken wrap was vile, my daughters burger was horrible she couldn't eat it, my other daughter had the chicken tenders with sauce, horrible just horrible!Chicken was rock solid and the sauce.. Well its advertised as being tossed in it.. Well this was a tiny drizzle over the top!4 other tables complained and sent back their food. We will NEVER return!Manager made excuses saying it was a supplier issue, well don't serve food you KNOW is INEDIBLE! And went on to complain to us how she's had such a hard and stressful day with people complaining and returning food.. LOVELY!The two men in the kitchen stood around eating and talking the whole time and whatever they did eventually cook they chucked under the 'heat lamp' for god knows how long!All food was stone cold and we waited over 45 mins for it!Please, please take your hard earned money elsewhere that actually deserves it, because this place certainly doesn't!If I could give it a 0 I would!

Ordered from the el taco loco which is apparently the same restaurant, it even came in a sticky sisters bag.The beef and cheese and even rice they use is utterly flavourless, packaged poorly, out of the tacos, quesadillas, and burrito only the burrito had any flavour at all and that was not anything to write home about.the fries however where utterly swamped in seasoning on the top to the point of ridiculousness and the fries on the bottom had no seasoning at all.we will not be ordering again

Don’t usually do reviews or anything, but I had to make an exception.Second time I’ve ordered from here and I really should have learnt from the first time. Got the wings last time and I was left underwhelmed but was ok.Went for burgers today and boy was I disappointed. Charging nearly £10 for a tiny bit of chicken and the smallest piece of cheese ever seen on a burger, and literally no sauce. Mango madness? The only madness was the poor excuse of a burger we received. Mrs ordered the hot one, which had 4 jalapeños and a tiny bit of chicken, you nearly lost the chicken inside the bun it was that bad.Kids burger was even worse, practically 2 pieces of nuggets inside a bun, my little ones only 2 and she was still hungry after eating, which is very rare.Finally, the sorry excuse of Mac n cheese which is somehow their most popular? I mean it looked like vomit. Really embarrassing and I can’t believe this restaurant is still operating.Never order from here again

Walked in on a Friday evening at 5pm, empty restraint which meant we had super speedy service. Staff were super attentive and friendly, explained the menu well and gave us free tasters of the sauce before ordering. Were able to get a 20% student discount. Wings were super hot and flavourful. Sides were pretty good and a reasonable size. Good drinks selection.

Just ordered a vegan burger and boneless chicken wings , I have absolutely no idea how they made the chicken so disgusting and dry , there is no way it was cooked today. I wanted it to be good but it is vile. The "spicy" chips were undercooked and barely seasoned at all. I really want this restaurant to be good but right now people actually need to get fired. Horrendous.

We ordered for collection and it was done quite quickly. Wings are far the best that I’ve had in a while, not greasy at all and they were quite big compared to some places ! Staff were super lovely. The team is quite small in there but they were really quick and efficient

Nice food. I'm surprised it's not that popular. I personally like their chicken wings than KFC's. We were greeted by a lovely waitress who explained the menu to us and instructions how to order on their website or directly at the kitchen. We ordered chicken wings with Cheesy Blue and Sweet Thai Chillin' sauce, Loaded Fries on the side with cheese and bacon. I was quite happy with the sauce, it was tasty but the wings may be a bit too salty for most people. Would definitely come back when I feel like some chicken wings.
