Avoid at all costs, ordered online today they took the money. Then never bothered delivering phoned after an hour and a half only to be shouted at by the "person" on the other end of the phone. Don't use they will just take your money and then have go at you for their incompetence. Vivid with these.

Used this takeaway for 12 years, Always great quality, tasty food. Would recommend.

Slow delivery (over 2 hours) but was rectified.Food is always nice but the wait this time was way too long

Used them all the time. Had few bad ones recently. I phoned up tonight and explained i could not eat the food as it was dripping in old cooking oil. Tasted horrible. They offer me £5 , when my order was £25 . And made a note of it , even though she never took my name , adress or order details . Won't be using them again. I called them to correct it and simply did not care at the time. If that was a restaurant it would be sent back . Not good service , avoid if you can .

I have been ordering from this takeaway for years, but I've had to change my review due to the service we received tonight. The food quality is good, but we ordered at 6pm, called after an hour and 15 minutes (I get it you know, it can get busy) to be told it's on the way. Next time I called, I was told the information was incorrect and we were next on the line to be cooked. A refund was refused and no apology offered.I'm not usually the person to slate a business in a review but to be quite frank, I am disappointed in the service. Our food is still not yet here, but I can only assume it is of the quality it usually is. I will be ordering elsewhere from now on.

AVOID.I made an order last night, as my wife prefers Chinese and I prefer Indian. I ordered both takeaways at the same time, to ensure that they arrived about the same time. My curry arrived after 40 minutes, but after an hour the Chinese still hadn’t. I rang up and questioned where my order was, they explained to me that it was for a collection, I told them that a 100% clicked delivery as they even asked for my address, she told me I was lying and I’d need to come and pick the meal up or wait another half hour and somebody would deliver it. When I arrived at the super wok I showed the woman my order confirmation, she told me that the reason it wasn’t delivered was because the minimum for delivery was £15... My order was £14.90, I said if that were the case why was the order allowed to be ordered.She really couldn’t have been any less helpful, and could do with some customer service training. I got home and the Chinese was stone cold and as too was my curry that had been waiting on the side 20 minutes. I will never be ordering from here again.

Delivery was absolutely fine but the food wasn't great. All tastes very salty and greasey Won't be ordering again.

Please do not order for delivery. 1st time was ok. 2nd time 1 hour and 30mins. When I called to ask where it was I was met with a really rude approach. Give the benefit of the doubt, 3rd time after 1 hour 40 mins I called and again met with a rude girl on the phone saying do you want it or not. Please avoid.

Firstly when ordering off the website it stated delivery not avaliable in my area (3 miles away), so selected pickup and went to collect only to be told it had been sent for delivery?Ordered crispy noodles and the only thing crispy were the uncooked noodles at the bottom, meat was mostly pink and mushrooms and beef was cut which ever size they could be arsed, some tiny and some huge.Spring rolls were vile, soft shelled, covered in white powder and crusty texture.Chef seemed clueless and unapologetic about the order mixup.Avoid like the plague
