The Gloster hungry horse in Rushmoor

A nice clean Hungry Horse, friendly staff. Good well priced food.

Would describe our evening meal experience as overall ok. The food was good, great prices and various meal deals available, friendly approachable staff, ample car parking and the pub in itself no issues with. Unfortunately our evening here was tarnished by a large family group who are known regulars and unfortunately have little desire to control their children's noise / mobility within the pub and have an attitude if approached about it. The adults only dining area is relatively small compared to the pub's overall size and is not pleasant when a group of individuals can dominate a large area of the pub / restaurant in the way & manner they did for an entire evening! Not recommended unless perhaps quieter times in the daytime.

Came here for breakfast & I can recommend this place 100%.I had the "Big Plate All Day Breakfast", it was outstanding value for money & was very nicely prepared & presented.The staff on duty were exceptional, being very friendly & customer focused without being in your face. For what would be classified as a budget venue, The Gloster really is fantastic.

Not very good. Corn on the cob looked black?? Maybe reheated don't know. Same with chicken skewers all the peppers were over cooked and watery. Maybe just a bad night. But won't go back. On the bright side Service was very good and friendly.

The Gloster is our favourite pub.There is very good staff. Everybody is very nice and friendly like a big family.We love it. ❤️Once or maybe twice a week we are there.The best one is the BOGOF Burger on Friday.If You would like to eat ‘n’ drink something good just jump in and order your app! Easy-Peasy 😉

Went here for dinner tonight. Was actually a nice meal. The only thing that put us off massively, was we had literally just finished starters, with one member of the party still finishing theirs, when the plates were taken away and mains brought out immediately. It would have been nice to have not felt so rushed, and have a few minutes breather in between courses. It just meant our mains were not enjoyed as much as they could have been. Otherwise everything else was brilliant.

A group of us had a lovely meal here today for our first visit. The staff were really friendly, they made us all feel welcome, the food was good and timings were fab! Well done Gloster! We'll be back :)

Visited here when we stayed over on travels to thorpe park & Chessington. The food was really nice we came at night and they had a quiz night on and we got involved. Friendly atmosphere affordable prices for food and we came again in the morning for breakfast and that was nice too. We will come back when we visit on our travels again

OK so first when you arrive the bloke at the front seems quite miserable and ain't got the best customer service but skip past him to your table and my god the food was amazing the service from the waiters was brilliant could not fault them at all. Didn't have to wait too long for our food and we ordered it through the app which was so easy and meant you can't go over budget perfect for a quiet night out.
