We've spent the weekend eating here, breakfasts, snacks and meals,as we were staying in local hotel. Most definatly one of the nicest wetherspoons I've ever been to. Staff are so friendly and helpful, food hot and a nice atmosphere.

Pizza burnt one side and raw the other. Zero taste on a 3 chilli maker pizza. Used to be decent food in here. Other half's pizza the same. Also, No burgers in the kitchen to order on a Monday night. Grim. Bar staff OK. Kitchen has gone to sh1t.

Some great prices. Half a dozen of us had a few beers and we saved a fortune compared to other places. Drinks & Service good.

Only popped in for a quick drink before going to the cinema it was ok. Drink was served fast the fruit that was put in was at least fresher than some places ive been.

Busy, but fast service (ordering via app). Food quality was fine, absolutely nothing to complain about. Very friendly staff. Not expensive!

Great selection of bitter . Love the punk IPA 5.4 % .that was last week , this week I'm home with food poisoning . Had a burger and chips on Monday evening and now I've been violently sick and diarrhoea for 3 days . Off work and everything . Gonna think twice about going there again . Maybe it was a one off. Who knows . All I know is it ain't eaten a thing since then .

Excellent, we have never had a bad meal here food is always delicious and we are regular visitors to the Tilly. It's one of the best Wetherspoons in the country

Not a bad pub. The door handles are made from the original Hurricane Spade Grips, with the pneumatic gun buttons are still working, which I found fascinating.The food is well made, and they serve a wide variety of different types of drinks and brews.The menu offers a lot of vegan and vegetarian options to choose from, including burgers, curries, wraps etc. etc. And several non-alcoholic beers too.Very reasonably priced.

Asked for cheese on chips came totavle with no cheese spoke to member of staff in which he said was not on order and had to go till to pay extra ÂŁ1.50 later and this is the smallest amount of cheese he came back with and put on table and disappeared very quickly with no apology what a complete joke even the customers on the other tables can't believe it
