1st time we have brought Chinese here and I got to say it was gorgeous. I had chicken skewers in a satay sauce and vegetable chow mein. Husband had Duck with green peppers in a black bean sauce and house chow mein. Portions were huge delivery on time and food was hot. will definitely order there again

Food was ok. When I ordered, I told several times not to put any beef in my food, but still I received the food as normal (including beef). The main issue is that it happened twice and although my last complaint they are still not taking it seriously. So thought to write a review instead of complaining them.

Chips were vile dry no taste, not potato in them, very disappointed as I always come there for chips. Please sort this out! Cook some fresh ones please

I simply love their dishes. I always get great service there. The place is well kept and the employees are always super nice. Would recommend to others.

Absolutely vile chips, cold, rubbery and both large portions we purchased we thrown away. Really disappointing. Fish batter mega thick and tasted of old oil. Hardly any white real fish inside the thick disgusting batter. Jumbo sausages were so so. Looked like they had been re warmed from previous day. Won't bother going here again.

This is terrible service I ordered on the phone to collect at 18:30 they said it would be 50 minutes so I turned up early to collect paid and waited patiently still waiting at 19:30 still nothing still waiting patiently. People walking in and out ordering and taking there food But then things got to much and was still waiting at 20:00 we then turned around and said this is getting beyond the joke now and waiting that long obviously anyone would get upset and annoyed and we got shouted at by the lady behind the counter and ended up having to walk away with no food needing to feed my kids. Thankfully we got our money back. This is very poor service and would avoid. Terrible service I have used these guys for years bigging them up getting other people to use them and get treated like dirt I will definitely not be using them again 😡

Best chippie I've ever used. The cod looks more like half a whale and their portion of chips would feed the Chinese army. They'll deliver for free if it's over twelve quid.

Amazing. We've been here about 3 times now and it's consistently good. The fish and chips is lovely, with generous portions. The Chinese food is delicious. Hot and very tasty. Friendly service and great food. What more could you ask for?

They got the order wrong when delivered and didn’t put it right. You can tell the worth of a business when things go wrong and I’m fully aware they do but to not put it right is awful customer service. Not even credited for the mistake, you can keep the extra money as you obviously need it! All I can say that after many years of using them I can say I won’t any more, a real shame that the standard of service has deteriorated so much!
