Wimpy in Rushmoor

Lovely experience we went with the family wimpy serve 100 percent beef a bit disappointed that chips aren't included with the meals but overall great experience

Lovely food fresh hot and delicious took granddaughter first time she's eaten all the food on her plate when eating out and there was a lot on the plate Definitely going back

Awful burgers. All the food in our order was tasteless and bland. Absolutely not to the same standard as we've had at other Wimpys. Very disappointed and will definitely not be back.

Really disappointed with our visit today. Ordered a breakfast muffin which was very good but the cheese and bacon burger we had was horrible. Bacon was basically just fat, hardly any cheese and the meat of the burger itself was tasteless. Not to mention the cost, over £10 for a burger, chips and milkshake - outrageous for the quality

This is a good Wimpy. Always clean & very polite service. Never had to wait long for service or delivery of food.

Went for a breakfast and we had their breakfast muffins. They were good and tasty, love the cooked at home feel, they arrived on proper plates with cutlery. The fried eggs were proper fried eggs, with runny yolks, not cooked in a mold like another fast food breakfast muffin from a well known company who offer mass produced sameness!There was something original, welcoming and retro about the whole experience! Great friendly service as well!

Less than 5 minutes to cook our meals, could hear the microwaves going, if I fancied a microwave burger I would have just bought a rustlers for £1 and saved the other £20. Benders... I've never tasted anything so off/rancid before in my life! After one bite we sent the benders back and got them removed from our bill, have been throwing up all night. Milkshake was full of ice. Really poor, will stick to the Basingstoke restaurant.

Wimpy Burgers were lovely. The sweet potato fries were bit overcooked.

Awful customer service. Ordered from Just Eat, found a hair in my burger, we phoned the resturant and almost straight away the manager got defensive and accused me of putting it there. Still waiting on a refund, spoke to just eat and he never even issued it despite him telling us he will do before he hung up.

Went in for a chocolate brownie sundae and the employees were laying down on the sofa. I was served a single brownie. After pointing it out, they took it back and dumped some soft serve on the plate and took it back out to me. They then charged me 10p more than menu price.A very uncomfortable experience on the whole. Included my order and what an oreo sundae looks like to demonstrate.
