Brilliant food, Simply brilliant. Why go to the big franchise fast food joints when you can have delicious freshly cooked take out food from an independent food outlet like Woody's

Large fries are £2.70 and I was charged £3.50 because I asked for Peri peri salt. I’m fuming that I’ve been charged nearly a pound extra and on other cases, they charge a £1 extra to add peri peri salt to the meal and there’s hardly any salt. I’m eating plain fries right now and I’ve paid for Feri Feri fries.

Been going back for awhile now. Burgers have always been good and recently i tried the chicken and thats just as tasty! Always fresh chips too.

We won’t be getting take out from here again.Food was atrocious.This was tonight’s food (10th September 21).The 1st picture is peri peri breast in a pitta and the second was a chicken strip burger. The only salad we got inside was old browning lettuce that was gooey.This used to be a good takeout.. what happened??

Woodys Farnborough - I got a text at 19:32 to say my food was on the way and the driver turned up after 20:00 and the food was lukewarm. When I called the restaurant the guy on the phone was extremely rude, shouted at me and was unprofessional - he told me not to order for delivery again and come to collect the food if I ever want Woodys again!! Ridiculous! What customer would go back and pay their hard earned money for a place so unprofessional?!

I got a single platter last night 7 November 20 and have to say it was delicious. I ordered it and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes and it was. The staff although very busy on a Saturday evening were friendly. The salad was extremely fresh and kept in a fridge until I collected my order. The garlic chicken was extremely nice, not dry like I have had in some places with plenty of garlic seasoning. Will definitely return during my short stay in the area.

Absolutely disgusted by the service received tonight. Called when the order was 30 minutes late to confirm where it was. The gentleman on the phone said that they were really busy, which is understandable, and the order would be with us in 20 minutes. Cut to an hour later, still no food.We follow up with the restaurant and get told that the food was delivered. The gentleman on the phone even states that he's spoke to the delivery driver and can confirm he left the food outside our door, which it was not.After arguing the fact that no food had been delivered, he gets very stroppy saying that the longer we keep him on the phone the longer it's going to take to cook our food and deliver it again.Eventually the order arrives nearly four hours after we ordered. Asked the delivery driver if he was the only one delivering tonight, which he confirmed and then asked if this was the first time delivering to our house tonight which he also confirmed. Open the bag and everything has been thrown in carelessly, burger is squashed and oil everywhere. Not even hungry anymore after all this.Shocking customer service which is disappointing as we've ordered from this restaurant before without issue.Won't be ordering again.

Average food.Most staff and delivery drivers inside the shop do not wear facemasks.They use so much sellotape on the food packaging, it's hard to open.Owner does lie - my Deliveroo order was late. The owner/manager said it was the fault of the Deliveroo driver - they don't use Deliveroo drivers as they have their own drivers! They had obviously not processed the Deliveroo order in the first place.The "lashings of chips" on their advertising is simply no longer true. They used to give lots of chips some years ago but not anymore.Southern fried chicken meat is very dry.They have a terrible phone line with interference so it's difficult to speak to them. Not sure why they haven't fixed their telephone line, it's been like that for years!

We ordered £50 worth of food from them, and after an hour and a half nothing had shown up. After calling them they told us it had been delivered, and made up a false story about delivering it to another address - lots of interesting false details sprinkled in about where I live. Their logic was "it has been delivered" - If you order something and it was delivered to China as opposed to your house, then it is not acceptable or excusable. No offer to replace it or give me my money back, was not even taken seriously by the manager. Totally un-acceptable. Would not have been an issue if it was £10 worth - stuff happens, but this was a £50 order. Mistakes happen, its how you deal with them that matters - and this was dealt with very badly.

Food was nice but lacked eating-in experiance.The staff was nice and friendly and striked a small conversation.The chicken was juicy and we'll grilled and they were generous on the sauce on the chicken. The perifries was was perfectly crunchy on the outer layer and soft on the middle.The main down side was on their eating-in experiance.The chicken took a while to be ready (approx 15-20 min) and we received our salad midway through our meal.We were given a plastic fork and knife to cut the chicken. There was no place to wash ours hands prior to eating, not even a wipe like KFC and they had no cups for the 1.5liter of bottled drink.Honestly I enjoyed the food but if I were to eat from here again it would be as a take away.Side note - salad looks nothing like it was advertised on their menu board.
