Nearly got run down by an idiot racing round the store on electric scooter also had a child on it with him, store staff done nothing, security should make them leave them outside before someone gets injured. Also a lot of shoplifting and eating products whilst shopping goes on.

The worst Asda collect point ever. I've waited 25 minutes to have my parcel collected and no staff arrived. I had to come for the second time to get my parcel and it was worse than first time.

Unfortunately my local supermarket. It's the worst managed supermarket around. Half the shelves are empty (particularly of fruit and veg). Prices are often missing or have 'out of stock' over them (when it is in stock) so you can't see the price anyway. Signage for each isle is wrong for half the stuff in there. Things are marked with 'offer' then there is no mention of what the offer is. If you enter from one end of the supermarket there are never any baskets available, so you have to walk to the other end anyway. Shambolic

Asda is huge but when you go to the mobile section they display for sale non of them are actually in stock when you go to Customer service to ask to buy. Why the false advertising remove them from the store display. Area manager needs to have a visit and sort this misinformation out. Not coming back

Swanley Asda fails again. Half there staff are not wearing masks and a lot of customers to. Safer at Tesco or any any store then here. Shelves empty, which has been a problem here for years that doesn't seem to get any better.

Would rather go to sainsburys, has a mediocre bakery section and range of food is subpar compare to other competitors.Hot food is decent, the sushi stand is a waste of time for the inhabitants of swanley.Has a decent vegan rangeSelf service is okay, don't have to wait too long.

That safety Marshall person at the front of the store, reminding people to wear their masks, or wear them properly, helping people, looking after people's kids and trolleys, putting up with attitude from people who say they are exempt, you are the real underrated hero. The amount of resilience you show and your continued positive attitude is a real asset to this store.

We wanted to purchase our shopping through self service, the self service till we went to wouldn't scan our items, the assistant that was on was unhelpful and didnt know what to do. We suggested to the assistant that the scanner wasn't working and that we would try another till, the reply back was it was an nationwide error with paying with cards but our items that we want to purchase wasn't displayed. We then had to call over the manager ourselves who was also very unhelpful and told us the same thing. Another customer assistant suggested to him to put announcements out to the customer to advise about by card issue that they had and that customers would have to pay by cash and she was ignoredWhile the other person that was with me went out to the cashpoint to get cash eventhough we have been to pay by card due to convid19 other customers were purchasing there items paying by card payment. So there wasn't any issue with card payment it's just they didnt know how to operate there self service machines.

Great supermarket. Lots of different variety’s in there. There are clothes, food, deli, meat and fish counter, bakery. I would definitely recommend going to this store especially on a Wednesday when the market is outside. There is also a cafe in Asda but I haven’t tried it yet. Majority of staff seem nice
