Costa Coffee in Sevenoaks

Took twice the monetary value of my order and it apparently takes up to 14 days to refund!Amazing they can misappropriate one’s money immediately but can’t refund it likewise!I will no longer be using Costa and this outlet a coffee costs as much as a pint of lager in a Whetherspooons!Avoid and use a small local cafe instead who need the income!

Nice food and drinks even though the prices are unjustified. My low rating however describes my recent experience with one of the baristas. Her attitude towards us, the customers, can only be described as rude. We were almost made to feel like we were doing her a disservice by ordering. Shouting at the customer instead of calmly interacting with them doesn't seem to be the right approach either.

When they have all the facilities as often lack of something important they have nice drinks shame there is no gf option

If you collect points then check to see if they have take your money and change it in to cup this is wrong was not told please Costa give me my money back....

Right name wrong location . Had a great cup tea and slice cake , both fresh and tasty .

Very good on price that's if you like coffee nice to go and meet friends to catch up and relax.

Very nice. We used to use Nero in Sevenoaks but that is now closed and this was our first visit. We will return the next time we go shopping in Sevenoaks.

Tables are well spaced out, staff are very good at cleaning the tables between guests, and they swwm to be very covid compliant.They were really efficient, friendly, and offered me assistance with my coffee to my table. By them making adjustments for lesser able bodied customers like myself, this is why they have a lot of regulars- nothing is ever too much trouble, and they deliver everything with a smile.Would recommend.
