Poor service, food arrived nearly an hour late! Don’t order from here 😡

Normally very good service, however there have been times where my pizza has taken over an hour to arrive (for context I live 5 minutes away), stone-cold. I noticed through the online pizza tracker, my pizza had been left on "quality check", subsequently not getting delivered, whilst getting cold, for over 45 minutes.

over a hour and 25 mins and it still isn’t here shocking customers service with don’t care attitudes left speaker phone on and heard the girl saying we lost it so we’re have to make it now to someone in the back ,

Waited at the door whilst the employees ignored us whilst the signs clearly state open until 12. Surely it’s not hard to update your website or get your employees to advise you aren’t serving people? Waste of time!

Still don't deliver to us! Even though they are closer than Pappa John's who do.Either way, they're always great despite this

Lovely pizza and cookies! Brought for my family and with 2 for Tuesdays got a lovely deal! Staff were lovely polite and knowledgeable, Think the young guy serving was Anthony! Top man

Pizzas are ok, for what they are(regular US style takaway pizzas). Only good if you can get them on BOGOF deals, otherwise it is not worth it! A large pizza for £17-18 is ridiculously expensive for what it is - a large toastie with 2-3 toppings.

Repeatadly mess up orders. toppings missing that i have paid for and last time i ordered the delivery driver had folded half my pizza by taking corners too quickly. At no point do the staff ever apologise or offer a discount. If you charge 20 pound plus for a pizza then i will expect some form of respect and quality. I honestly reccomend papa johns. Much better customer service and respect.

Very disappointed with Domino's Pizza in Sevenoaks on 15 October 2014. My niece had just passed her 11+ and so wanted Domino's Pizza as a treat and even downloaded the app onto the ipad so she could order herself online. My niece placed her order at 5.30pm and this was accepted; she sat patiently tracking the order on her app and was so excited when it said that it was at delivery stage, bearing in mind this was 50 minutes since the order had been placed (6.20pm). There was no sign of the delivery at 6.30pm, so her mother called to chase this up and the lady confirmed that the driver had left at 6.20pm with the delivery. I then telephoned as still no delivery by 6.45pm and we were all actually going past being hungry by then. I was told that the delivery had left at 6.20pm and should definitely be there soon, which is very strange when we were only about 15 minutes away maximum. By 6.55pm we had all given up hope of ever receiving this, hence my sister-in-law called again and chased. Again they said this had left at 6.20pm, which of course could not be right, gave a sort of apology and after my sister-in-law insisted, they agreed to take £10 off the bill, albeit the Manager was not that happy about this. Our order did not turn up until 7.10pm, the driver said he had only just left the shop and did not leave there at 6.20pm, so the shop staff had lied to us, as had they told the truth about how long this order would have taken, we would have cancelled it. We reluctantly accepted the order as my niece was still desperate for her pizza, only to find that they all had to be warmed up in the microwave as cold. I am so angry that the shop did not call us to explain they were busy and the order would have been over an hour, plus they felt it was acceptable to lie to us when we called on each occasion and they delivered us cold pizzas. If anyone thinking of using this service, make sure you call and place the order and then ask them to say exactly how long it will take for the order to be delivered, otherwise, like us, you will be disappointed and wish you had not bothered - very poor service indeed.
