Ganga in Sevenoaks

Ordered takeaway. Hour and a half later nothing. Phoned up. Started shouting at me that I already had my food. Used to love this place. Last time I go here.

If I could award 0 stars I would. Ordered through ubereats at 6.10 for my delivery. Several calls later still not here at 9.20. Told by restaurant twice it was on wat, calls an hour apart, figure that out. Apparently my order left the kitchen, never got to me tho. The restaurant ended revoking my order and delivered it themselves. Si was if ubereats fault. I dont know. But be honest and dont tell me an order is on it's way only to repeat the lie an hour later , each time I got told within 5 minutes i would have my food. Will not use again.

Just Awful!! Quite possibly the worst Indian food I have ever hadI ordered from Ganga "fine" Indian restaurant using just eat, the delivery took over 2 hours was a bad start, they would have a done me a favour if they had lost the food.The poppadoms were the best part of the meal, the rest a complete disaster, king prawn puree were not king prawns and were bland, the curry was the same, tasteless! I already worrying about my stomach tomorrow... loo rolls at the ready!

This was hands down the worst Indian experience I have ever had. The food took 3 and a half hours to arrive - absolutely appalling. I called the restaurant 3 times to enquire about its whereabouts and they kept assuring me it would "be 10 minutes". The chap said he'd provide a complimentary beer - not a lot, but I supposed it was something.. however he didn't even provide that in the end! The food finally arrived and it was COLD. I had to reheat the entire meal in the microwave. The actual taste of the food was flavourless and uninteresting. Coupled with the worst customer service I've ever experienced, I will never ever be dining again with Ganga. I don't recommend anyone else does either. When I asked for a refund on the phone, they directed me to the Just Eat website, they wouldn't even take responsibility for their dire food and service. Horrible food, horrible people.

We are local to Ganga and have been using them as well as others. Food has gone really downhill especially with high prices compared to other places in Sevenoaks. Personally, if you cannot maintain the quality do not take so much orders on a weekend. Would recommend the one in kemsing for better food which is the closest to Seal.

Just had our first takeaway from Ganga and were very impressed. Tasty food, delivered on time and importantly nice and hot. Will definitely use them again and look forward to dining in when things get back to normal.

Very good Korma from this place. Tasted nice and was sweet. However, I probably would have preferred if the korma sauce was slightly more yellow as it appeared to be a bit orange. In addition, the naan was good but not amazing. However, overall Ganga is one of the better Indian restaurants in Sevenoaks and id recommend to takeaway rather than eat in.
