Great beers friendly staff good service

Fun, modern pub that's open an hour later than a lot of the other local places. Fun and friendly staff, decent music and atmosphere with a nice outside space

The manager James is unfair and disrespectful been seen banning multiple people out of it for no reason what so ever apart from his own self

On a trip down from Scotland, my family and I stopped by for a pint and some fodder. Safe to say that we had a fantastic spread of food, some lovely cold pints and the bar manager James was a legend. Attended to our every need. Lovely atmosphere, good food, great staff and just a stones throw from the train station and high street.

We enjoyed a couple of drinks here on a rainy afternoon, decent bar with friendly service. Parking is a bit of a chore, there is a small car park at the side for a couple of cars, and Lidl next door allows 90 mins, just enough for our needs.

The beer and service were good but has someone given this pub an awful makeover recently? From Country pub to cheap cafe?

Fantastic first outing to this pub. Great decor , good staff who genuinely knew their products . Local beers and gin were sampled

Fantastic little pub, lovely outside space, interior has been completely re-done to a high spec. They serve the best bier available in the country, genuine German lager Hofmeister Helles, brewed in Bavaria and the Gin station is pretty wonderful too. Well done everyone, I love it at the HH.

We hired one side of the bar, for a birthday party, everyone there had a great time, and everyone I spoke to, said that they loved the pub. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely go there again. Thank you 👍
