KFC in Sevenoaks

Cold food, items were missing from Order. Absolutely disappointed wouldn't recommend this KFC to anyone

Food was good.Only thing that was wrong was I couldn't get a rice box as they never had the fillets for it so got a side rice and mini burger.Kids enjoyed their boneless banquet box though.

Ordered a home delivery as a surprise for someone coming out of hospital. Clearly stated delivery not before 6pm. It was left on their doorstep at 4pm when they hadn't even got home yet! Couldn't have been any clearer. Consequently cold! Chips and sweetcorn inedible, the rest of it soft and no longer crispy. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS SERVICE.

Chaotic...... perhaps the girl who took our order was new - she obviously needs some training as it took her for ever to take our order.....I ordered 2 pieces of chicken + fries + coke..... I received this Plus 3 hotwings.My husband ordered a side of gravy, which was thrown in upside down, thereby covering his entire meal before we started. Naturally, the wipes and serviettes were at the bottom of the bag.The lids on our drinks were clearly not the right ones - they were too big and the drinks slopped everywhere.Total shambles.

4 July 2022 (18:00- 19:00) How weird and rude is this: Asked for a "takeaway" of 4 krushems for my family - then gave me without lids? Asked Politely, can I get "at least, any cover"? One of the staff replied: "No we don't do that" and left... Where is the initiative? - I mean a cling foil would be helpful at least or change the cups in to normal ones 🙄

Could not sit in as all the tables were dirty and disgusting! The music playing kept skipping, only 3 members of staff yet still no one is cleaning any tables. Had to wait quite a long time considering it's supposed to be "fast food". Very disappointing.

Good Afternoon Customer Support.Please may I bring to attention the issues we are having at this store, there is two self serve upright machines. One is constantly out of paper to provide an receipt, have purchased the food through our business and we requested a receipt at the till as there was no paper in the machine. I was advised that it will have to be written out, I advised that my order number is 6104 and that my Receipt is very important to me.My food arrives rather promptly…. This is never a issue in the store(always very good for speed).I am provided with my bag of food and drink, to when again I’m asking for my receipt, I’m told the manager will have to help? The manager arrives and also starts telling me he will have to write it out?? I then started recording as I’m complete shock.I was offered a refund when I express that my food is now becoming cold… I advise I do not wish for any refunds! All I want is my receipt… this carries on for over 7mins… as per the recording time!!The issues this store currently has are.Smashed Front Door.Really is quite a Dirty store… throughout.This upright machine is always out of paper… has happened to me previously.The current receipt I have been issued is now different in value to what I spent… the receipt is £24 but what we spent from our bank is £27.17The last thing I want to be doing is wasting all our time in writing such really unnecessary rubbish.Thank youJames

Be careful. A few years ago after waiting about 30 mins for my food I got bad campylobactor food poisoning from here. Would never go back to any KFC. They didn't seem to care when I complained about it either.

Wrap was practically empty of lettuce and what was in there was soggy.

Very hygienic environment and organized. Chicken was fresh and not oily.Pleasant staff.
