Mcdonald's Restaurants in Sevenoaks

Absolute shocker ordering delivery.. half the order missing and cold and soggy. I don’t know how the eat in and drive thru can be good yet the delivery is a joke. It ain’t Uber eats fault either as they just get given the bags. I will never order delivery from here again

missing double cheeseburger. coke completely flat with horrible aftertaste. mcflurry half melted. vanilla milkshake completely tasteless - no vanilla flavour at all and had horrible aftertaste. paper got stuck to one of our burgers because they put ketchup onto the paper for some reason. chips stone cold and anaemic.oh also, we tried to phone them about it but nobody would pick up the phone - it kept ringing endlessly! terrible customer service.

Ordered some breakfast at 10 for delivery it turned up at 1130 missing the hash browns and the milk and sugar for the tea. So I sent £20 only got half wht I ordered and it was cold still waiting for my refund

The service was a long time as the drive through was a priority more than the sit down. Then we sat down, but we and another table cleaned their own table as there wasn't any staff in the restaurant. Then we sat down and the food was cold and had to get a replacement which had came pipping hot. The food should of been been hot in the first place but in the back kitchen you could see them making the burgers up, the young boy was touching meat, fish and vegan without gloves on, so he was touching all the burgers. Cross contamination and he was wiping his hands on his apron after every burger.

This is the wrost MacDonalds I have ever been to. I have been a few times and each time I've had to wait 45m to an hour and once an hour and a half for my food. I asked the manager what was to going on he told me to go away I could understand if I was being rude myself but all I did was ask him how much longer. Then after noticing my order just sitting there 20mins and when he gave it to me it was stone cold ( yes I know it's MacDonalds but it's normally at least warm) so I mentioned this and he was so so rude and shouted wait! Then went off not to return

Very friendly staff, occasionally forget something but this is human error. only 4 star as the place has had quite a few closures due to power cuts etc...Also the person (Eddie) who left a 2 star review because you think it is "mandatory" to wear face masks... it is not.... Hospitality places, such as restaurants do not require you to wear a face mask, i would suggest you change your review or remove it if this is the only reason you did two stars.

Always check your order before leaving. Ordered Festive Stack and they put in a McChicken sandwich. They obviously do not double check anything as so busy.They can cook the food but have issues serving it. They always seem to be advertising for new staff, so they are probably over worked.No point having two drive through ordering points when only one payment window either ;)

Very crowded at lunchtime. Car park full/congested. Lot of delivery guys picking up large takeaway orders - so had to wait 10 mins or so. Not a place I regularly visit - just passing, but best not to go at peak lunchtime if you can avoid it.

Was busy when we were there around 6pm, queuing at the drive thru, but service was reasonably quick and food order prepared corrctly, no issues. Food was hot and freshly cooked. Some staff not too happy in their work though! 😁

Drive through and auto service plus staff to help with service. Can get very busy on drive through most staff are great service with smile the odd one though not sure what they are about day dreaming while ppl waiting at counter.
