Miller & Carter Steakhouse in Sevenoaks

My experience of this chain has not been good of late, so pleasantly surprised to find the Sevenoaks restaurant was very good. The staff were attentive, helpful and very efficient - plates and glasses removed quickly after finishing. The food was well cooked and we did not wait and excessive time for it to arrive at the table.Overall experience was very good, which is more than can be said for our local M&C in Rayleigh.Prices have definitely been creeping up.

I had a smoky pork barbecue ribs which were great, a little bit too sweet the BBQ glaze for my taste, instead of slaw personally I would prefer any green veggies. Ribs were tender and nicely cooked as well as fries. Another day I had a buttermilk chicken and it was amazing! This time my friend ordered it and was very happy with it. The whole combination of this dish is just brilliant. Thank you!

Nice restaurant, it much nicer inside than it looks from the outside. Food was really nice.

If you can go on a Thursday after 3pm then do so. That's when they hold their Steak Date Night which consists of a 3 course steak dinner for £29.99 per person.Just a word of warning, you may need to ask for the special menu. Excellent food and a fine range of wines, spirits and beers. Nice friendly staff.

Being a South African I've always judged British meat harshly. We really do have great steak. But at Miller and Carter I was made to say nothing but, well done you've cracked it. What a great meal. Well done I was blown away at the quality and service.

Proper steakhouse. Really enjoyed their so called grill experience. They also have a nice selection of wines and beers and the desert recomand by the atendive stuff was delicious.

Booked up a table for 6 guests online. All easy and understood. Arrived on the night, less two friends, and were warmly greeted and shown to our table. Served really well at the table by experienced influential staff able to offer tips and recommendations with food choices. I had a huge chicken and bacon salad with sweet potato fries. All cooked and served really well. Friends all had steak meals which they thoroughly enjoyed too. Well worth a return trip. Thank you M&C

It was nice, but was my meal alone worth the 43 price tag ? No..The onionoaf didn't takes fresh the salad was just iceberg lettuce & croutons. I'd say £30 max for that..But it was a nice steak & lobster tales.

Brilliant seperate gluten free menu. Food was amazing! I had lamb, followed by choc fudge cake for sharing! Luckily they do doggie bags!

Visited today for lunch with the family and the meals were good for the price. Service could be quicker considering that the restaurant wasn't full. Including drinks we paid around 60£ therefore not the cheapest alternative but could have been much more if we chose steak (extra 5 including a sauce) or dine in the evening.
