Nando's in Sevenoaks

Great food and amazing service, especially the waitress Maaike, she was so kind and caring and made the experience that much better!

I have not had very good experiences with Nando’s and that may be because I usually order online. The first time, Deliveroo mixed the orders up and gave my food to the wrong driver and both the restaurant and Deliveroo didn’t reach out to me until I called after an hour. They ended up cancelling my order without informing me. The second time it came fairly quick but the food was really cold. Maybe if I go in person I would have a fabulous experience

Nandos is OK. I go if my friends are going but it isn't my first choice eatery. The no frills self service culture would be more appealing if the cost cutting was reflected in the quality or quantity of the food. It ok but could do with improving.

A perennial favorite anywhere in the world. Healthy and freshly sourced Chicken grilled and cooked perfectly. Some of the sides were really good - Broccoli Lemon and Butternut Squash. Loved the Broccoli. Chicken Livers were too good.

Good food. Slow Web site for placing the order and slow between the order going through and food arriving at the table. Another 10 mins to deliver a missing order of chicken wings +sides. Not sure what happened but was rectified. Quality was good and as expected.

Good staff, very lovely manager (female boss). Nice and bubbly.Good experience, only down side is they seem to have delivery issues Limited menu. Other than that service and food is 5 🌟

Walk-in on Sunday..... Restaurant was half full, lots of empty table, still needa wait for 25 minutes to be seated..... I understand u have a lot of takeaway orders and not enough kitchen staff, don't wanna overwhelm the kitchen, still I rather u sat me down and explain its gonna take a bit longer than usual for food. Why on earth I have to stand there for so long 🤬🤬Food were ok chicken breast wasn't dry, and the rest are quite standard for Nandos

I understand the 45 minute wait for a table. But I don't understand the extra 45 minutes wait once ordered. Polite staff though. Please improve your system, you've lost a big group of customers. The table with 4 guys behind us got served first. Starving kids and long waits, I love nandos but I don't love this. Go to London nandos if you get a chance.Edit (14/01/2022): Went to Lewisham Nandos, the place was just as busy, ordered the same food, food was delivered in 16mins. (Sevenoaks: 45 mins)

The food is really delicious but I don't think it's normal to wait more than half an hour for the most basic order ...
