Great shopping experience the store has great prices, great service and amazing atmosphere I would definitely come again.

An enormous supermarket on the outskirts of Sevenoaks so if you want everything that comes from one of the country's largest supermarkets this will be for you. There are large clothing and homewares sections so it covers most thingsAs with most giant supermarkets there is a petrol station attached so you can fill up before/after your shopping. There is little by way of garden/gardening stuff but there is a homemade across from the enormous parking facility

The favourite part for me in this supermarket, you can choose and combine to make your own chocolate box.

I love going into Sainsbury's because I have been working on the checkouts since I was five or six years old and everybody knows me in there. Everybody is so welcoming and they are really nice to me. The staff is really kind and I would love to get a job in Sainsbury's superstore. It hasn't changed a lot but the stationary aisle has moved in a different place. It's easy to get too. I love going into Sainsbury's because I see everyone that I know. No changes.

Good supermarket with most things I need. Very spacious and in the evenings it is not too crowded. Most items are reasonable priced although some things are cheaper elsewhere. My biggest problem is that you need to have your nectar card on you to use scan as you shop; in some other supermarkets I can get a scanner just using my phone.

I visit this branch for quickness as it is local, and self serve is a bonus. But, everyone including the staff seem over worked, look fed up, bless them there is no charm or a great atmosphere. They duplicate the same weekly, daily offers, there are no surprises. The clothing is bland, frumpy and the same products year after year.

Huge shop on two floors, first floor has the main shopping area second floor has a cafe but there is a lift and stairs. They always have loads of choice of everything Argos inside. Clean well stock. Good car park with disabled spaces by plus parent and child bays. Disappointed to find the cafe has now closed on 22 April but improvements have been made to some areas.

Great selection of food, clothes and home goods including garden accessories. Very nice shop. With an Argos and Timpsons inside. Great shopping experience.

A good supermarket seems to be well stocked all the time and has pretty much everything you need. Love their smart shop system so much quicker getting through the tills. Some of the staff I have noticed do more chatting with each other than doing what they are meant to be doing but not too much of a problem as when you do need them to help straight away and all my experiences are positive. Some bits seem over priced. But overall a nice shop.

Rude, inconsiderate staff, backed up by an equally non empathetic manager!Member of staff jumps in front of me to stack a shelf, even though I was in that space. I said excuse me, could you wait please until I've moved away... ..attitude was, just doing my job! I replied with obviously not heard of COVID and rules, her response was, there's no rules, conversation went back and forth, she started raising her voice at me, I informed her I was going to complain to a manager, her response was flippant and couldn't care less. So I went to customer desk and asked to speak to a manager, manager came down, quite a disheveled individual. My request was for him to come with me to the member of staff, so I could explain what had gone on, he refused by stating it would not diffuse the situation and he would speak to her in private. My response was that I wanted her to hear what I was going to say to you so she could not deny what she has said to me. He wasn't interested and basically was trying to get rid of me as quickly as he could! I walked back to where the trolley was and pushed it toward him stating these will all need to go back, he responded with something like "if that's how you're going to behave you're not welcome back?????This is a manager that was supposed to be able to manage???? but throws the issue back at the customer......I think he missed the point on multiple levels, including the one that I was not going to be shopping there anymore, regardless of his after approach of trying to bar me!It's no wonder that the staff are so rude and arrogant when they have this level of management as role models!
