Subway Swanley in Sevenoaks

2nd time in the Worst Subway in the country, overly baked, she keeps ignoring beeping sound to take out of oven so bread is super dry and cookie is probably 2 weeks old it’s like rock

The server didn’t change gloves between serving different customers and went into the back room to clear trays up and didn’t change gloves before dipping his hand into all the salad.The flavour to the drink had also not been maintained as the seven up tasted of fizzy water.

Very kind and friendly staff members.Haven't been in Subway for a while, wasn't sure what are vegan options,but guys there were very helpful.

Its not the best subway branch.Compared to others it never feels clean, it probably is clean but I get the feeling that it isnt

Subway along the Sutton Road in Maidstone, Kent is set in a very quiet and Tranquil area. The Staff are Friendly and Helpful. The Food and Beverages are Reasonably inexpensive.One can sit inside and eat and Drink and Relax. Or One can sit outside.They also have a lavatory.Also Nearby is The Super Store Aldi, were One can get all of their Shopping.

90% of the time they never have what you want in stock, the staff seem miserable and when you go in at 3pm, they will not let you sit to eat because they have already cleaned up the place, but it closes at 8pm!

Asked for a 6" Italian herb & cheese with meatballs marinara.... didn't let the oven heat up to the required amount of time, pull my food out 3 seconds before.After the salads I asked for chipolte southwest which she did and ask for a drizzle of sweet onion... which she didn't understand and double a full amount of chipotle southwest sauce.....The bread was soaked with sauce and break while eating, Hasbro ask for a fork to be able to eat it. All falls out of the bread....Not a good experience at all..... Noticed that Subway staff across the country are short of training or simply was more bothered with their cleaning task rather than serving the customer as it should be.

I wasn't overwhelmed by my sub the few times I tried it kinda flavourless and rubbery now I just avoid it others seem OK with it but me personally not keen but staff seem mostly cheery

Subway customer appreciation day was today which offered a free 6 inch sub to anyone that bought a drink. We arrived at Swanley subway to be greeted by two young girls muttering under their breath to each other about how we left the door open and how lazy we were for not closing it. We then found that it was only certain branches that were offering that deal. These girls didn't have a clue about customer service as after being told 'NO' for the deal they decided to just walk away and not even offer any help in deciding what to pick. We were then very annoyed and walked out, 'closing the door' on our way out.
