The Bull Beefeater Grill in Sevenoaks

Came in for dinner today, the manager with the long hair in a ponytail brought us our food and just ran away without even asking us if we wanted any sauces or even giving us knife and forks, we then was told our desert was ready before we had even received our mains, which we told to come back after we had finished our dinner, after finishing our mains, my husband went to the bar to grab some more drinks to then be told that we already had our deserts when we haven’t as we sent them back as it was way too early. When we had completely finished a Young brunette girl saw our pile of plates stacked up as no one had collected any of our plates, and she proceeded to walk away, food was dry, no sauce on the ribs, steak was chewy, should of gone McDonald’s, would be better service and food.

A lovely little place and we enjoy visiting. Busy place too the staff are overworked and under appreciated but they always have a good smile and provide excellent serviceThe menu has changed and the prices are now post covid so bit pricey and the portion sizes have gone down but they are tasty and niceCouple of times we had food mainly chips which were cold hence the 4 star

A warm welcome by the restaurant manager and then served by a bright and bubbly waitress called Tia. Drinks came quickly and orders were made for main course. Mixed grill for me and Salmon for my wife. Food arrived promptly and was hot and well presented. Two empty plates showed how impressed we were, good value, good service and excellent food....thank you

Service was fantastic. Staff were happy and polite. Nothing seemed too much bother. Even the deal we got for Mother's Day made it a relatively cheap meal. Would be a bit pricey otherwise.

Was it because it was Monday lunch time? First thing the waitress said, "we've no battered fish, no battered mushrooms, no cannelloni, and limited choice of chicken!"We did manage to find something off the menu and it was OK. Service was good too.NB - you only get three hours free in the car park.

We've been a few times now and thoroughly enjoyed everything. The food is amazing and the staff are really great. Our waitress today was exceptionally pleasant.

I was thinking of going for a long time and finally I experienced it. Do not go to lunch without a reservation. It was very crowded. The interior is very peaceful. The attention of the staff is also very kind. I especially appreciate the interest of Melih brain. The meat was cooked exactly how I wanted it. I want to go again as soon as possible. Prices are not expensive. Parking is available. Thank you again.

We’ve been using this place for many years and as long as you’re not eating or only having a drink and a snack it’s fine. However. Today we book for 1.15, arrive slightly earlier to be given this pre printed sheet of all unavailable items! A few weeks ago we booked for a Sunday lunch slightly later at 3.30 to be told no roasts available all! Disappointed again. Will stick to the pub area I think.

Brilliant service from Tia for our meal and drinks fabulous definitely come again 100%, and had a lovely quick chat from fiona to check our food was ok.The steak was perfect and so was the sweet potato fries also the double bacon burger too.Thank to the chefs for preparing our food in quick service time.

we enjoyed our meal, the carrot and coriander soup was lovely, the fish and chips very nice and crispy and the sticky toffee pudding was excellent..the waitress Sally was very helpful too.
