The Grasshopper On The Green in Sevenoaks

I rarely write reviews however I felt compelled to do so after my visit to the Grasshopper on the Green last weekend. My family and I had the most pleasant of afternoons enjoying Sunday lunch. The food was amazing and the staff very friendly and fully clothed!Thank you to the management and staff who made our afternoon celebration a wonderful memory.Brad Terry

Fantastic atmosphere in this very friendly pub and restaurant. Always made to feel very welcome by the excellent attentive staff whether visiting for one of their great selection of beer and wine, or for their wonderful food. Highly recommend a visit to this historic house that caters for everyone.

Love, love, love Grasshopper on the Green. The staff are always welcoming and courteous providing helpful & efficient service. I have never known it any different. The menu is varied, value for money, well presented and I can vouch the meals from breakfast to dinner are delicious. Hope to visit again soon when next in the area, can't wait.

Friendly Staff...well one young lady could do with a bit of Attitude Attention...but other young lady was professional. Food was absolutely stunning, we had the Homemade Steak & Ale Pie...and it has to be one of the best Homemade pies I've ever had...so top marks to whoever cooked it.Lovely little pub in a stunning place, never stopped in Westerham before, buy will definitely be going back...and going back to the Grasshopper On The Green.

Food is excellent. Very good value for money. First time visiting and definitely will be back again. Staff very friendly and could not do enough for us. Very enjoyable experience.

Mrs C and i have been coming here about 13 years . The owners are always friendly Anne and Neale are brilliant hosts. The food is excellent. I thoroughly recommend the Sunday roast. Arguably the best in Kent. Keep it up guys . Mr and Mrs gravy......

Lovely old traditional pub. Couple of hundred years old.Quirky inside. Nice exposed beams , real fireplace. 2 separate bars. One with TV and another quite one.Really accommodating staff. Good menu.Fantastic roast dinner £14.95 well worth it. Roast pork belly. Yorkshire. Nice roast potatoes. Really nice fresh mixed veg still with a crunch in it. Lovely.Apple crumble with lashings of custard to finish. Real Bramley apples and nice crumble.Great staff. No rush. Landlord thanked us for our custom when leaving.Will definitely go back and would definitely recommend.Really nice way to spend our Sunday afternoon.

Quite nice place, although the downstairs quite dark and dingy looking my friends local as she lives Westerham. We sat upstairs so we could catch the sunshine e streaming through!Decent poached eggs on sourdough for a breakfast!

Lovely meals here after first day LED high bay light installation project. We had two of the famous beef pie and a miinute steak chips. So well cooked and the steak is very tender and pie is so full of layers, we can feel the freshness and the pleasure of good food.

Love this place. Consider myself a local even though I live miles away. It has still managed to retain the feel of a proper country pub and the staff are welcoming whether you're in for a big lunch or a coffee and a chat at the bar. The food has always been good and they have a fair choice. There is free parking to the rear along with a beer garden. As a woman I have no problem in eating and drinking alone here and happily dogs are welcome, they even have one of their own. They have two floors with eating on both. However the stairs are quite steep so if you want to eat and sit downstairs it might be best to book. Enjoy your time is this lovely old pub and restaurant.
