I am so thrilled with the redesign of my engagement ring by Lou at Little Gem. After 30+ years, the setting was beyond repair so Lou suggested a redesign giving the ring a modern look. I can't recommend Lou and James highly enough. They were patient, making adjustments to the size and I am absolutely delighted.

Cannot speak highly enough of Little Gem, they created our wedding rings for us, including using some of our own gold from a grandfathers watch. Both Lou and James are super friendly, helpful, patient and kind. We never felt rushed and were always looked after. We couldn't be happier with the final products and now wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic family run jewellers and workshop!We were a little nervous looking for the right place to have our wedding rings and earrings made for our very special day but after reading the reviews of The Little Gem, we had high expectations and Lou and James met these and raised them! Couldn’t recommend The Little Gem more highly. From the very first phone enquiry I felt in safe hands and this only continued and grew when I met Lou & James to discuss the creation of a bespoke ring with huge sentimental value. Lou took my (very) basic idea and built on it, adding ideas and checking with me to see if I liked them thus creating the most beautiful piece. They were unbelievably kind and patient through the whole process helping to create our bespoke engagement ring.James helped us find the perfect stones - taking the time to explain the many differences in quality and prices, and made sure to find the best options within our budget and specifications. It took about 3 three weeks to craft, and 100% worth the wait!
