This is a first for me, a 5-star review as I always feel places can do better but having had a splendid meal there on July 15th 2021 I had to abandon my usual practices.Service was top notch being attentive without being pompous or overbearing/pushy. Food was wonderful and, fortunately for me my partner and a friend who we dined with made great company. Is there an else to say? Well, I'll have to try having lunch there and seeing if they do just as well then as they do in the evening.Oh dear, I've forgotten to have lunch here in the year since my first review but have now been back and had Sunday lunch. Yes, it's slightly different from a weekday as it a roast but, a great British institution is elevated to mouthwatering heights. Things are as good as ever with fabulous food, even though the menu is different

What a lovely meal, great food, lovely restaurant, not too crowded well spaced out tables which made the experience even better. We'll definitely be coming back! Highly recommended!

Wow! What a fabulous place. Top london dining in a local restaurant. (We dine out every thursday) Food was to die for....so many flavours. A real delight. Heartily recommend for a special meal.

Tasty food and good service. The restaurant is fairly small, so it's best to make a reservation.

We eat here last night, and the whole experience was fantastic - I have to say I find the 1 star review from someone below unfathomable.I have eaten at many Michelin starred restaurants all over the world - and I will be amazed if this doesn't soon get a Michelin star.We had the tasting menu (one with one without pairing menus) and shared with our impeccably behaved 7 year old son - the food, the flavours the presentation were all top notch. The staff could not have done more to accommodate us - the service was attentive but not overbearing, the food was explained (along with the wine pairings) at every stage - an essential for a tasting menu. There is nothing to match it outside of London - my only reservation writing this review is that it becomes too popular! We will all be back - in fact my 7 year old son said it was one of his best experiences ever ! wonderful experience and evening all round.

What a lovely treat to visit the Old Bank on my birthday. They make you feel very special. The food was beautifully presented. We went for the tasting menu and wine pairing. All the food and matching wines were delicious and the price was very reasonable. We would love to visit again. The chocolate souffle for dessert was an amazing ending to a beautiful dinner.

We have eaten here a few times (including just prior to the latest set of lockdowns when their Covid-19 prep was first rate) and decided to try their at home offering for New Year’s Eve.Picked it up during the day, had a chat (how they have remained so resolutely cheerful and optimistic during the awful impact 2020 has had on the restaurant trade amazes me) and drove home with the smell of freshly baked bread for company (car manufacturers please take note: “new car smell” doesn’t come anywhere close enough).Now. I like to think I’m a reasonably good cook and enjoy the whole soup to nuts (sorry) of prep, cooking, serving and eating (not so much the washing up afterwards). However, last night taught me that I have a lot to learn with regard to prep, cooking and serving (the eating I managed very well). The pictures below do not do justice to the way our meal was prepared and readied by the restaurant- superb quality ingredients, easy to follow cooking and serving instructions and accompanied by a rather good Malbec from their cellar. All in all probably one of the best meals I have ever eaten at home.If you happen to be reading this review I would urge you to pay Adam and Emma a visit - you won’t be disappointedSteve

Really impressed with the Old Bank at home service, everything was very well thought through, with clear instructions and tips on plating it up so that you felt like you were dining out. The flavours were amazing and really unique, I have booked to dine in soon and can't wait!
