Wagamama in Sevenoaks

I normally really like going to 'Wagas', but on this occasion I was disappointed. Service was slow, the waiter that showed us to our table seemed pretty clueless - he then couldn't take our order as he wasn't actually a waiter?? (Not sure what his role was). In the end the manager took our order and she was very nice, but by then damage was done. The food was ok although the children had finished theirs by the time mine was served (I know it comes out whenever it's ready). Whilst I was waiting I noticed the decor was looking a little tired too...but maybe now I'm nit picking! Over all it wasn't the best experience, but I'll still go back...maybe a different location next time.

Always late with food when ordering online. I’ve been here a few times and ordering on the app is good but whatever time they give you, you know you’ll be waiting as if you ordered it when you walked in the door to collect. Really frustrating!

A fantastic experience at this restaurant- I would like to give a special mention to Aiden who made sure we were served to the best standard and the service he offered was incredible. Would definitely recommend coming here - it is now my favourite local restaurant!

I have nothing to say about the food because I never got to taste it. I called to make a reservation before going but was told they do not take reservations. I advised the staff about what time we intended to be there and she said maximum wait time to be seated was 5-10 minutes if any. We got there and there was a large crowd waiting to be seated.We were then advised by the waiting staff that wait time would be at least 30 minutes but she couldn't even guarantee because it could be longer. We had to leave after driving for 30 minutes to get there.I can only recommend them if you are absolutely in no hurry and aren't hungry either. Taking bookings is always a good idea to prevent waste of people's time.

Brilliant food and service at the Sevenoaks branch!!staff very helpful and friendly big well done to Amy and Nat today that suggested me some new dishes 😋 😀 this is why I keep coming back

Poor staffing, little attention to customers, many problems, a lot of miscommunication. Overall I have decided not to revisit after my experience the service was to lacklustre and it has left a bad taste on my tongue

This was the first time coming to wagamama, there was two adults and seventeen year old and a ten year old, and there was meals to suit all. They did at kids meal for fussy children and my ten year old loved it, adult meals where big and well worth the money. They did free green tea and a milk with chocolate which is located on the kids meal and also free tofu. we all had a drink each,two adult meals two kids meal and dessert each and it came to £62.60, we booked table for 5:30 and it was empty but by 6:00 more people started to come in, we parked over the road in mark and Spencer car park.Bad bits about restaurant is plates came out and diffrent time, meals came before the drinks, and dessert all came out different time. I watched a lady sneeze in her hands and lay a table with out washing her hands.
