Didn't have any of the beer we wanted...we were told there was a shortage over the weekend and there wouldn't be any for several days. The staff weren't particularly helpful, knowledgeable or cheerful. The cafe had loud pop music playing, the decaf coffee was very weak and we were charged an extra £4.90 to make it stronger! We were also charged for the first bill without being given the price..!! We won't return. The Garden Cafe across the carpark looked more popular...we should have tried there!

Excellent shop and restaurant. Staff so helpful and knowledgeable. Ellie was able to describe all of their. products and allowed me to taste some of them. Regular events and themed nights. Food great. Beer fabulous. You can just chill out watching the multicolour lit vats of the brewery

Struggled to book via the app but turned up and there was plenty of space. Both soft shell crab and surf and turf burger delicious. Just give us a few more napkins to mop up the dribbles and sticky fingers. Very tasty.

Literally one of the best breweries in this country and certainly the jewel of England's hop counties.

Food outside great, good location, staff need more training though, wrong orders etc..... and not very engaging

Had my first experience of Westerham Brewery tonight with another couple; have to say completely underwhelmed...First off - no cash and yet this isn't cited anywhere that we could seeSecondly - have to use the QR code which for an area with limited 4g coverage is a challengeThirdly - despite the drinks menus left on the outside tables, apparently my first 2 choices of a bitter were off the menu according to the appLastly - after finally placing an order for 2 white wine spritzers, which ended up being 2 x white wines (delivered in a wine glass and a tumber as apparently there were no more wine glasses) and 2 x pints of lemonade as this drink didn't appear in the drinks menu, along with 1 x cider and 1 x lager - after 20 minutes the drinks still hadn't arrived and had to be chased up...This wasn't a busy period as there were only a handful of customers around the brewery at the time and yet the wine bar at the end was fully booked (now I know why)...Overall, a shocking and overpriced experience. Ended up going to the Grasshopper on the Green for drinks and then an impromptu meal - much better experience all round 👍🏻

Great place to grab drink locally brewed!Wonderful little find when driving past on a sunny evening. Sat outside in the sunshine ans thoroughly enjoyed the local beer and their local gin. They don't serve food but have food trucks you can order food from. At the time of visit the food truck called "the moules and bread shed" were serving. (Menu in pictures)Would definitely visit again.

Enjoyed a lovely portion of mussels and bread on Sunday, the beer was excellent too. But please, do we have to listen to the yapping of dogs in the food hall? Either don't let dogs in to an area where people are eating (preferable) or, if they start barking and yapping, ask their owners to take them outside. At times, we had to stop our conversation! This won't stop us from coming again though.

We booked a table for five well in advance (in March) for the forthcoming Good Friday, busy Easter weekend.A special request was made for a comfortable table inside as we were bringing our elderly father (who loves his artisan beer) to celebrate his 89th birthday. On arrival, we stood inside and waited for a while whilst staff completely ignored us and, in particular, our father who utilises a walking stick. It was obvious he needed to sit but, alas, no one came. I chased down a member of staff who said we could be seated in a booth but that there would be at least a 40 minute wait for drinks. When I queried why this was, I was told that there had been an unexpected amount of 'walk ins' and staff were struggling. We were in an awkward situation as we knew we would have difficulty finding an alternative venue at such short notice. We remained optimistic and patiently sat but staff didn't even look our way let alone take an order. We decided to leave.Needless to say, our father was disappointed and we felt embarrassed. Getting him into a vehicle and out again and walking distances can be problematic so it was awful having to get him back up and into the car again for nothing. Why when they had so many covers booked did they allow so many walk ins to take priority? Clearly there was no comprehensive management in operation on the day and chaos ensued.I note from a favourable review below that one party was pleased with the service and food as they had been accommodated even though they hadn't booked. I see no point in a booking system if this is not utilised and greed rules on the day.We will not be visiting again or recommending this venue to anyone we know but I'm sure with the lack of choice in the Sevenoaks area those with more money then sense will continue to come in their droves.
