Asda Cafe in Shepway

This store is disgrace staff standing around talking product range poor, and when you want to pay as I am a visitor no bags to purchase, what a joke, luckily there are other stores that know how to operate, no wonder it has a 3.5 score even that is in question

Having been told to wait 30 minutes for a prescription for antibiotics from this ASDA store's pharmacy, As it was only 17:26, I went to their cafe to wait and relax with a nice bit of cake and coffee. I was greeted by a young person who said she'd "just check with 'the lady' to see if they're still open", then lent through the kitchen door to speak to 'the lady'. Turning back to me 'they' said, "unfortunately, we're not open, sorry".I asked if I could know the reason, as the signage clearly says the cafe is open until 1800 everyday. 'They' said, "I dunno, sorry."Slack!

Great variety of products. Clothing, home, kitchen, food etc. Shop seems clean and well organised. Staff are friendly.

Decent shop, plenty of variety. Decent bakery and hot food counters. The toilet facilities on the other hand! Woah! They’re up there with the smelliest and most unhygienic toilets I’ve ever been in. I was busting to use the loo. I walked in, saw the pee all over the floor, accompanied by the awful smell and walked straight back out again.

I brought a TV from you on the 4/6/2020. It was well looked after I woke up this morning to the picture gone. I phoned your customer service line to see what could be done and I was informed my tv only had a 12 month insurance period on it. I am disgusted and disappointed. I haven't even had the tv 2 years. Its covered every night so dust doesn't go in it. And cleaned with the correct products . I am angered that I won't be getting any help or able to change it . I dont have the kind of money to get a new one. I am a single parent and can't just buy a tv . I now have to explain to my son that there is no TV.

Hopeless. Tried to contact the pharmacy, incorrect phone number. Tried to contact the main store, not possible to get in touch. As I was trying to find information on when an important medical prescription could be collected I'm not at all impressed

Massive asda middle of town right next to lovely beach walk, came with missus and baby from london drove here for the day, baby changing facilities are there but the toilet needs regular cleaning very smelly and dirty disabled toilet for use apart from that happy with stock and service

Huge store with parking a bonus being in the middle of the town. There is plenty of choice and the shelves were well filled. Check out was very quick.

If possible would give no starsCAUTION!!purchased a cheese and onion pasty from here as a vegetarian and found it to be mince beef. Fobbed off by "customer services" for compensation for such a serious breach.Store itself is very dirty and run down and this is reflected in customer service attitude. Lots of broken fridges and other store furniture. Very tired and run down. Always lots of food items on the floor.

Huge store, has everything you need including parking, toilets, cafe, bakey, hot food and loads of clothing. Everything was clean and tidy and staff where nice and helpfull
