Can’t quite believe the size of the portions that you get. The fish had to be cut in half to fit in the box!Very tastyReasonably priced and very quick.100% recommend!

First time here for a takeaway. Had I known the restaurant was open til 6 we'd have ate in, except for Mr P wearing slippers! No Rock Salmon unfortunately but the cod was large and the chips were fat and soft. Next time it will be 1 portion of chips between us. The food was still hot when we dished up, even after having a quick chat with our neighbours when we got home.

My wife and I visited Beach48 as we had heard excellent verbal comments from so many people. We enjoyed it so much that we have just paid a second visit. This visit was even better than the first time, were that possible. The food was excellent: properly cooked and very tasty indeed. The staff were friendly, attentive and yet did not bother us.We had a relaxed meal and look forward to many more visits in the future. After all, we live a mile away and have lived here for 25 years.Well done, Beach48

Very popular eat in and take away fish bar. We eat in. VERY clean and feels safe. Fish (all 4 of us had cod) was excellent; Not so keen on the chips! Reasonably priced generous portions and friendly, helpful staff

I can’t rate beach48 highly enough and for multiple reasons. Firstly they are the best tasting fish and chips locally. -there’s a reason the cue is always so big :)Then the pandemic hit , and they excelled themselves for our community. Ensuring that everyone could get a warm meal to there door. They have been very good with their Covid compliance and the takeaway area has been adapted perfectly for this. The cakes - Yummy.Staff always friendly. They are an asset to the locals. A treat for the visitors, and should have there respect to the community rewarded with our constant custom.Look forward to when restaurant is open again and we can pop down for a eat in dinner.

The food was delicious like every other time we've gone! Would definitely go again, our favourite chip shop in Dymchurch (photo was from early march 2020 when you could dine in, had a take away last time and it was just as great!)

Quick chip stop, the restaurant is closed but they have a takeaway window. The takeaway part is covid ready meaning public cannot access any part of the restaurant as it's all closed off with a large window counter replicating a post office/bank. The chips came in a nice box, chips were fresh and tasted nice, only negative for me was that they were a little soggy, I know soggy chips can be popular but I'm used to the Cypriot style crispier chips.

Really nice fish and chips (would go as far as to say one of the best I've had). Reasonably priced. Friendly staff. It isn't that big if you are sitting down to eat inside so you need to time it right to get a table, but they also do take away too.
