We decided to order a takeaway from Bikash restaurant this evening. NEVER AGAIN!!!When the food arrived, we realised that three items we had ordered were missing,so I called the restaurant, and was told that they would be sent out to me. Well, we waited and waited, as our food we had grew cold. After almost an hour I tried to call the restaurant again only to find that they had blocked my number. So we called them from an alternative phone, which went straight through.The person who answered the phone firstly denied that anything was missing from our order, then said, once again, that he would send it to us in about 10 minutes. A couple of minutes later we received a text from him saying that we could collect it from the restaurant or get a refund. By now it was 9.45pm. We ordered our food at 8.00pm. Not happy is an understatement. I was disgusted. This is our first time ordering from here and this service was atrocious.Well, we started to eat the food that we did have. I can truly say it is the WORST curry that I have ever tried to eat. The fact that it was cold was not a great start, but the actual food was really gross. The majority of it ended up in the bin.Think twice before you order from here!Thanks Bikash. We won't be back!

Had a lovely meal here with my husband on the weekend. The staff are super friendly and we enjoyed the food lots. Only criticism we asked for 6 poppadoms and only got 4 but that wasn't a big deal. I recommend going here.

My husband and I had a beautiful meal at the Bikash tonight, a chicken jelfezi for him, and garlic chilli chicken for me which was very spicy but really delicious!! Lovely attentive staff too, and pretty reasonable price, we will definitely be back 😊

Very spacious, polite staff and amazing food. I had the chicken passanda and it was lush!!The resturaunt could do with a few paint touch ups but nothing major, Some back ground music for atmosphere would have been a bonus but not essential.I give this place a 4/5

It was OK. Very clean and a nice welcoming decor. Only does a limited buffet service on Sunday and whilst each dish did taste different it was very standard and totally over coloured. Staff were polite but distant. Cash only.

Ordered delivery. One starter and one side missing and one main incorrect. Called but no apology or refund offered. Food tasteless. Avoid!

First time ordered today, Chicken Tikka Masala and Nan, one of the worst ever had, thrown in bin straightaway.

Great restaurant! We get the Sunday buffet for celebrations and the food is always perfect and the staff are so friendly.
