Burger King - Folkestone in Shepway

The milkshake/ ice cream machine has been "broken" since June 2020 yet they are still advertising milkshakes and ice creams on the posters and boards...?? Also they never give you paper napkins any more.

Guy who took our orders was very rude food average burger always pretty good.

Food was pretty good, the fly in that ointment here, at least on the last couple of times I've been here, one of the serving staff, he has an abysmal attitude, lazy, careless and argumentative, he clearly needs a reprimand and some more training.On both occasions I have witnessed him arguing with and being rude to customers, he's forgotten items on multiple orders, including mine and his attitude was simply disgraceful.Shame cos overall it's not a bad little place and the food is ok in general and most of the staff seem pretty nice, but I have decided to go elsewhere for a little while as I do not feel this kind of service should be encouraged.

Amazing service they forgot my whopper and the next day they gave me a free meal, fantastic service and quality food !

Ordered this evening and had it delivered. The hamburgers were actually burnt, missing cheese and drinks were wrong. Never ever again. Disgusting!

There is clearly something wrong with the people working there.Got a burger with just a tiny bit mayo. No ketchup.Was given also just small fries instead of regular.I read other comolaints also from delivery apps. Almost 60% or more claim items missing when ordering.I can confirm this. Not the first time I was there. There was always an issue. Including them forgetting to prepare my burger although I was alomst the only one in the restaurant.They also won't give you paper tissue to wipe your hands.... it is a greed issue I assume.Trying to save money by just providing the minimum or just providing less the you actually payed for.

Dirty tables cold burger and fries and vacin that clearly hadn't been cooked properly, when I told whoever it was serving it was indelible and cold to be told its a best selling burger and dont get complaints was actually quite rude I left hungry and unhappy, glad I got a refund, I will not be returning back to folkestone branch,.absolute discusting

Well never again a member of staff name Oliver spoke to me over one penny like I was robbing him and the state of the place trims on table.

Awful paid £8 for a chicken royale with bacon and cheese meal. They did not pug the chicken in it. Too far to go back and complain but they charge more than other fast food stores, take longer to produce it and still get it wrong. Absolutely disgusting rip off

I had never had a bad food experience in a burger king untill I went to this one. Burger was cold and you could tell no care had been taken. It was the most expensive burger on menu. No customer skills or care. They obviously take no pride in there jobs
