Chummys Seafood Stall in Shepway

Had some oysters and mussels couple of days ago. Me and husband have been throwing up both ends since.We thought they tasted a little strange.Tiger prawns were nice though.Happy Easter to us!

Really nice food and location. Would highly recommend the Prawn and Crab Roll.

We haven't visited Chummys for a while, but often pop here if the other 2 places are closed. We always liked the hot food as well as the shellfish, never had any issues with the food. Would recommend :)

Really nice food, worth a visit for fresh seafood or a nice bit of fish and chips. Competitively priced and always busy even in the colder months.

Lovely view of the Harbour and you can sit and eat the food at the stall rather than having to take it away to eat. You can have a Prosecco or beer with your food too. And a lovely variety of hot and cold seafood and kids meals, like sausage and chips too.

Best seafood around! Plus the chips are fresh and hot. Everyone is so friendly that works there.

Excellent fresh seafood, very friendly staff. And just a short walk from the shore of Folkestone. Very refreshing and highly recommended. 😋

I'm must say, that I'm very disappointed of the customer service over there there rude and arrogant . Ive been going to them every year and even with the busy period at least they say thank you. Yesterday guy behind counter and the lady on deep fryer they should stay away off customer. Very non professional and arrogant.If nothing change good luck with business.

Located near the arches on the beachfront, this is the perfect stop off for a snack, and especially fresh hot or cold seafood including dressed crab, jellied eels and your usual potted selection. There is a sink for customers to wash their hands, outdoor bench seating next to a pavement play water feature. Public toilets are located nearby - just go through the arches and they're on the left after the fishmongers. Staff are product knowledgeable and welcoming, and contactless /Apple Pay is available. Just watch out for the seagulls!
