Coastal Kebab in Shepway

I enjoyed a delicious Doner Kebab here on an early Tuesday evening. The meat was richly flavoured and the chilli sauce had just the right amount of heat. Garlic sauce was okay, but the crispy fresh salad perfectly finished it. Service was fast and even though I only ordered a medium size, the portion was very generous. Would definitely visit again.

This place was my local for many years and returned as a result of Storm Eunice for the first time in about 10 years. Disappointed to say the least. Food is what it is from an establishment like this and not exactly in plentiful supply. One would suggest there's a fork in the sugar bowl if they offer you a cup of tea.

Food was average but marginally better than the poor service received. In a world of covid I'm not sure having the person cooking your food playing in his mobile phone playing with his earphones and saying around with his hands I his pockets not totally sure he takes things seriously

Very rude staff, the man behind the counter asked me and my partner what we would like to order we proceeded to tell him. he ignored us for 10 minutes then asked us again what we would like to order. That's one way to make someone feel invisible. My partner then proceeded to ask him for a coke later on to which he ignored and we just paid for our food. I then asked him for garlic sauce and he then decided to speak to his colleague in Turkish insulting us. I SPEAK Turkish. If you don't like your job then DONT work there. AWFUL service.

Had kofta, wrap, salad (fantastic) plus frys. Best I've had for ages. Staff great. COVID safe masks and hygiene. Will use again soon. Seen some bad reviews, not sure if real 🤔 not convinced 👍

Food is normally good but this time my burger smelt of some sort of cleaning product.Only a couple of drivers also read the instructions to get to my home too, even though we have continuously asked them to do so.

My husband ordered for us tonight. We ordered based on the excellent reviews and high food hygiene rating...Unfortunately underneath his meat was a dead fly.Tried calling but no answer and now I am trying to take the issue up with Just Eat.Unable to put up photos here otherwise I would!

Have used Costal Kebabs for the last 2 months or so after the usual takeaway we used got our orders wrong almost everytime.cant fault the service , orders always correct , food turns up quick, fresh and hot. Burgers are the best ive eaten(coming from a fussy one )Delivery driver is polite , wish we had used you before as service and food get a 10 out of 10 everytime .

nothing too bad . But they always mess my order . Forget something like sauce, salad or peppers userly only one thing per order.once I found a whole sheet of melted plastic from a new chicken donner where instead of cutting it off they melt it off and they missed half of it .. when I rang up to tell them I was told what do I expect them to do about it ... my awser was to apologise for a start (I didn't get one tho) there lamb donner is really nice and they do local delivery (when service is available).

Been using this company for 4 years - we ordered the day we moved into the area. I've always had a your choice pizza with no tomato base. The pizzas are buy one, get one free and are always pretty good. The last 2 or 3 times I have suspected being overcharged, but could never work out what exactly they had done. The last time I queried it, they were rather rude. It didn't help that they delivered my no tomato base with tomato base and had to replace that. Their response was? "Well you got a free pizza"!! I have now worked out where the overcharging is occurring. When ordering a your choice, the software that the person is using to take the order asks for extras 1st, which is 80p per topping. They are putting the 4 toppings through as extras. If they skip that, it will then ask for the free toppings, but as they've already input those, they skip it. So a your choice pizza with 4 toppings, instead of costing £10.50 for a 9", it's costing £13.70 - which makes quite an expensive pizza! I have no idea how long it's been going on, but I won't be ordering a "Your Choice" again, especially after they were so rude to me the last time I queried it! Food is usually pretty good though so I have given 3 stars. If they sort the pricing and customer service out, I would love to give a higher rating.13/8/18 - Have ordered a few times since, but started having meat specials instead of being overcharged for the "Your Choice". They sent us out a new menu tonight as they have increased their prices - and dropped their standards. Not good - downgrading my rating.
