Actually a decent coffee for a change, 1 toilet for such a large costs was a let down but otherwise plenty of room.

We visit this store every Thursday and the service is excellent. Cameron (Cam) is a credit to this store and always greets people with a smile and a warm welcome. He also goes above and beyond to ensure his customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase.

Visited coffee shop on 11th of April with friends around 2.30pm. Experienced very rude attitude from the stuff what basically changed our mood on this sunny day.Ordered drinks and shop assistant did put all four drinks on plate and did spill two of them and just asked us to collect. After my question is it normal to give spilled plate with dirty cups to the customer and got answer that yes this is normal. I suggest her to change the job if she is not happy working there what she answered she is happy to be face of Costa. Ok, I controlled my anger and just went with coffee to the table and after moment just come back to the till to ask some tissues to clean spill but guess what they was so upset with my remark as they completely ignored me and only after other costumer been asking to get attention to my request she with some anger passed me tissues. As I was with other people I decided to not escalate this and we did finish coffee but thanks to the stuff, no more Folkestone's Costa be my choice in the future.

Pleasant early morning welcome from staff made the coffee so much better.

The ordering was pretty smooth and at an acceptable speed. The order was delivered exactly as requested and both the coffees were of excellent standard. The store was acceptably clean and there was plenty of seating available.

Took my daughter for a festive baby chino. "this place is amazing, would give 10 stars if I could" nuff said.

So the environment is untidy. Even with just three customers all the tables were dirty and piles of cups and rubbish. Staff didnt look busy chatting and playing around. Alot of shouting from them. Neither the ice drink or coffee was made properly as it tasted nothing like the usual costa brand products I've had else where many times. I wouldn't go back
