Ordered from here, the prices are okay, the food was hot but it was a bit soggy, no crispy batter.

Very nice chips. I'd maybe just ask for a little bit more vinegar.

Great chicken kebab Ordered 2 chicken kebabs on Folkestone Eats, collected within 20mins. Hot and tasty, would definitely recommend and will order again. Generous portions.

1 star is to good 40mins late cold rubbish service don't pick up phone shocking

Traveled from Dover to Folkestone, no salt and vinegar even though I asked for it and they forgot the cod roe that was ordered. Poor service for walk in customers

Used to be really good but ordered a delivery recently and it turned up late. Chips were warm and under cooked, fish was hard and burger bun was soggy from fat from the burgers, won't be in a hurry to order again

Will never use this service, delivery driver was a dangerous driver, couldn't careless if he injured anyone, when he was asked to slow down coming on to private property, he just laughed and went faster, the manager when reported the incident didn't care. Giving them 1 star is being overly generous!

The food that did arrive was cold! I called regarding the missing food and the girl at the shop just laughed and said “ o yes it’s here on the side!” I asked if the order could be replaced due to missing meals and what we did have was cold. The response was “ if you pay for it all again”. So I asked if they could cancel what was missing and refund. I was told no as the driver had just left! Horrible food and even worse service, there are plenty of alternative such as PAPAS in Folkestone or CHERITON FISH AND CHIPS. Both of these deliver, I should have stuck to what I know and would recommend these as an alternative to the worst chip shop and the rudest staff I’ve ever used.

Food lukewarm on arrival. Fish good and chunky but lots of soggy, uncooked batter. Saveloy odd tasting and floppy, why do chippies not deep fry the saveloys anymore? Threw it away. Sausage nice. Chips cold. Unlikely to use again.

I had Donna meat and chips the meat was cold and taken from the pot that is supposed to keep it warm they obviously hadn't turned it on and the meat was clearly from yesterday. The chips were nice though. This is a customer lost ☹️
