Exceptional Service, Amazing Staff, The Best Wedding 💍 We got married here over the weekend, and from the moment my new wife arrived (the night before), until we departed (the morning after the wedding), we felt so special.The staff ensured our day was the best it could possibly be. We stayed for 4 nights in a sea view executive room. The room was spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable, the staff are friendly and very helpful. The food in both the lounge and restaurant was first class. Altogether, we had the most delightful break in a beautiful setting and re-charged our post-Covid batteries. We would highly recommend a stay at this first class hotel. Thank you.

Beautiful hotel. Considering this hotel has been recently renovated. I would say our room wasn’t the best. 306!! But Beautiful sea view though.Breakfast was disappointing considering how much it cost. No hash browns and no fried or poached eggs. There was chips!! And scrambled egg.This wouldn’t put me off going again.

My husband and I booked the Only Fools and Horses dinner and stayed the night in March.We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years but never attended a themed dinner before, the show part of the dinner was very enjoyable although we were less than impressed with the food served, we were also disappointed to be seated at a table with eight strangers (we had originally booked a table for 2 and were only informed this had been changed 2weeks prior) not quite how we wanted to spend our joint birthday celebration but made the best of it!We would especially like to thank Grace, very friendly and very hard working, from serving on tables, working in the bar and cleaning up spills in the lift, fantastic member of staff!We were very happy with our room upgrade to a sea view, and enjoyed a very comfortable nights sleep followed by a great breakfast. Thank you and look forward to our next stay.

I stayed for one night, while attending a wedding nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable.The hotel is easy to get to by public transport if you don't drive.I wasn't able to try all the services as it was a short stay.

We spent 2 nights in the Hythe Imperial this week. It was a fantastic experience All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel looked like it had recently been refurbished. Our junior suite was spacious, very comfortable and clean. Food was first class. All in all a wonderful experience.

The Hythe Imperial. Stylish, comfortable, welcoming, clean. All of those and more. From the moment of arrival it feels special. The staff are welcoming and the rooms are very nice. The main hotel restaurant serves quality classic foods and the Indian restaurant in the cellar has beautiful authentic Indian dishes. Highly recommended and already looking forward to visiting again very soon.

Hotel and service was really great. Staff at reception was super helpful. My suit was beautiful double aspect view. The swimming pool area was clean and really enjoyable. The only bad thing is the step getting into the jacuzzi, for someone with bad knees and back it was difficult to get in and worse getting out. It definitely needs a second step. Which is a shame as it just what I need to help me. The breakfast was great but the evening meal was OK. Will I go again yes.

We spent the most amazing night here. We were given a gift voucher as a present a little while back so we splashed out on their Deluxe room. Was so lovely. The bed was the comfiest hotel bed I think I've ever slept in. And the bathroom.....the bathroom was ginormous. We had a package were the was prosecco and that was delicious too.

Wow!! I would like to start with a huge thankyou to the staff at the hotel for the fantastic service! I even had a cute message (happy birthday left in my hotel room for when we arrived. If your looking for that beautiful hotel with everything such as swimming,jacuzzi,sauna and gym I would look no further. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the hotel staff are amazing & last but definitely not least the bed 😯 you will want to bring it home. Stunning and peaceful.
