KFC - Junction 11 M20 in Shepway

I want to give 0 star but have to give 1 star coz I worked here for 58 hours without pay . Scam place .

If one has never had KFC before this probably not the best place to start! Based on my experience of their product knowledge, service and food quality I may never try it again...

Never seem to have enough chicken so I have to change my order. The food is not fantastic and seems to have been overcooked. I have found it quite dry recently.

old and dry food, I have worked in so many restaurants and takeaways and never let my customers eat this kinda food. Not fresh at all

In lastq minute manager gave us free ice cream . Best place to visit

Not very impressed, wings were tasteless plus on receipt says I should have a change but cashier claimed this was wrong apparently. Would not recommend that place at all!!

Just ordered chicken burger meal, was told normal pepsi is 10p more than the advertised price because it has sugar in it. What a joke, cause diet pepsi has artifcial sugar, burger also not great.

One of my regular KFC restaraunts now very friendly and helpful staff. Food is always served to a high standard and staff are always smiling.

Became very very ill with compylobact and hospitalised with in 48 hours of eating here. I CAN'T be sure it was kfc that gave me this, but it was the only poultry I had consumed that week and it was the only food I had different to my family that week. You be the judge!! Customer service is shocking!! Even though kfc say on their customer complaints line "your happiness is extremely important to us" lol. It's finger licking good!! In the words of DMX "WHAAAT" his song is in new kfc advert. Happy eating.

It used to be great but last time cold chips 😕 This time colonels Christmas triple was missing hot wings and pop corn chicken!!!!! My partner is on his way back there now instead of sitting eating with the family not happy at all merry Christmas KFC you have lost a customer today!
