McDonald's in Shepway

The new refurb is ok , but everytime I order through the drive through I have to check my order as it has been wrong a lot, so that’s why I only give them 3 stars , I like that delivery drivers have a separate door to get there orders as this used to get quite busy . Big tasty is the best meal

We've all seen more than our fair share of McDonald's around the world, but this is by far the nicest McD's I have ever encountered. Not the quickest service (nor the slowest) but the quality of fayre and etiquette of staff are way beyond your run of the mill golden arches.

No issues with ordering via the App, parked up, food brought out, and everything was correct. We’ve used them before, and not had an issues, so nothing to complain about lol 😝

A McDonalds with no McFlurries. Helpfull staff. Ordered and had to substitute Muffins which were a dissapointment. Manager should be replaced with someone who can keep on top of the ordering!!!

Order ready appeared and they just looked at me, it was not ready. Requested a book and got toy. No sauce. Milk shakes tasted of chemicals. Not impressed.

This establishment is in such a location, it creates atrocious traffic jams every single morning around 8 o' clock. And then once this clears up, packaging gets littered. Maybe MuckDanolds should print registration plates on packaging.Exact same problem at MuckDanold's Whitfield/Dover.Clown food, I'm luggin' it.

Mcdonalds was fine can't really say much else. Food was nice as it usually is. Filled me up and left feeling happy. Don't usually use the Park Farm restaurant. But we did this time as had to do a bit of shopping nearby. Was nice in there and has not long had a refurb.

If you go late night they have chips sitting there for hours and they are not fresh cold and over salted, went to get a meal there and didn't have any tissues in the bag went back to the counter and no one to be seen, can hear radio, waited there for 5 min for tissue but in the end just went in to the till area and just got my own as i didn't want to wait anymore, could have stolen anything i wanted if i was that way inclined including the money in till.. luckily I'm not a thief :)

Not impressed.Placed my order through the APP as I normally do cos easier than using the Screens , I get to the door only to find the restaurant CLOSED. And they took my money.Why are they letting you order if its CLOSED.Waiting for a reply from Robert at McDonald’s.

Absolutely disgusting, all the veg was rotten and slimy, most of our food was cold, couldn’t get back in to change it due to restrictions. No answer on phone. All of our food was like this, the wraps, the legend burgers and the new spicy one. This salad should’ve been thrown away, not fed to the public! Waste of money. We rarely get a McDonald’s, and now I remember why!
