What a load of garbage never again waited well over two hours status updates delivered in fact never arrived at all staff at pizza hut folkestone couldn't contact just eat driver as much use as a chocolate teapot with holes in don't order from there

Hi, ive not had a pizza from here for say a few yrs, as usually use dominos. But thought id try it again as its been yrs, not happy these were chicken supreme loaded plus stuffed crust, wheres the cheese on top and inside crust hence hollow and paid alot for them, plus a sneaky couple jalapeno's burnt my daughters mouth not happy. Chicken wings were good.I wont use again sorry. Take-care.

We had a delivery from pizzahut sandgate road. The driver rang the intercom and would not bring the order to our front door because it is a basement flat. My son had to go and pick it up from upstairs as I am disabled. I will NEVER order from there again as this is the 3rd time it has happened.

FOLKESTONE. Ordered online, they took the money and then session timed out. No confirmation of order. I rang them to check and basically got brushed off with it will be classed as a pending transaction and will be refunded in 3 to 5 working days, however, you can re do it and pay again over the phone! I got a lame apology and told them no thank you! I better get my refund!!! Not happy!

I placed an online order at 6:35pm for a delivery at 7:45pm.At 8pm we rang to see where our food was to be told it was with the driver. We ring again at 8:15pm as our food is now 30 mins late. Still told the food was with the driver. At 8:25pm our food arrived.The driver said he had three other deliveries before our drop.The pizza was warm at best. The nachos were soft and the cheese was like rubber and stone cold.Extremely disappointed with the whole service.

I'm really surprised reading some of the reviews so I must be very lucky just moved from london reason why the lady was very helpful kind polite taking my order over the phone explained to me over 1hour delivery time which I had no problem . The pizza...chicken stripes and cheese garlic bread was amazing tasty...me and my son really enjoyed it 😋😋😋 thank you so much

Just posted a picture of my FRESH dough pizza, no doubt it won't be shared. I have never had a stale looking and tasting pizza like this in my life. I get its January and your quiet but don't sell make pizzas with dough that is days old. I get fresher pizzas from kebab shop where I know the dough is at least two days old.The one star is for the lady on the phone who dealt with my complaint and was very polite, who spun the line she is trained to say, out dough is fresh every day. Kindly offered me £10 off my next order, which I kindly declined as will buy elsewhere I future

Pizza was ok and on time...but....the guy who delivered it looked stoned or half asleep! and even though there is notice on my doorbell to say its not working and to tap on ground floor window he was wandering around outside and tried to deliver it to the basement flat. I even put this on the delivery instructions when ordering on the website. I had to go outside and show him where ground floor was! When I mentioned this to him he just shrugged his shoulders, piled boxes into my hands and wandered off..Expected a more professional and polite delivery person from pizza hut "delivery"Won't be using again.

The takeaway service is really good, the website easy to use, the pizza was acceptable. I had the thin crust Super Supreme and Veggie Sizzler 1/2 & 1/2.But I'm afraid I have been spoilt with Italian pizza's rather than an American interpretation. I realise that some love it that way though.For me, too much saltiness and cheese, not enough tomato, base not of correct texture, ingredients are mass market.
