the staff were really nice and friendly! however my plate had hair on it and my all-berry pancakes had some bacon(?) in it (i gave it to a friend to taste test and she was almost positive it was meat). didn't want to cause a fuss tho because youse were really nice so we just left. the pancakes were a bit salty but maybe thats just me being nitpicky. strawberries were banging tho

Wonderful food and staff. I'm from Indiana originally and was craving some home food. Came to Lily's for some American style pancakes and was not disappointed! I also had the filter coffee which was delicious. Haven't had that in awhile. The service was excellent considering how busy they were. The lady who served us was attentive and cating. And ever so helpful chasing me down after I left my handbag behind! Easily 5 stars for this gem 💎. We will definitely be returning!

Went here today to get out of the rain with my elderly mother in law, they went out of their way to seat us near a mobile heater to get her warmed up and even offered a blanket. So customer service wise 5 stars doesnt even do it. I was the only one in the party eating and i went for the burger with pulled pork. Now this burger was even better than i could have hoped for, perfectly cooked with a lovely fresh bun, super tasty pork and a generous amount of nice fries. Will go here again and would rate more than 5 stars if i could! cant wait to try the other items on the menu.

We visited for breakfast. Being a Thursday morning it was quiet. Service was fast and friendly.The decor is clean and traditionally American in theme. The food arrived freshly prepared and nicely presented. The breakfast was big and varied in items, pancakes were just the right size for the children and they offered a special size for the kids.Portion sizes are generous and good value for money.

Went here for a My Birthday lunch with My Dad. Waitress was very friendly. Food was good & prices were reasonable. Definitely would return. 8/10☆

What am absolute gem! The staff are friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I had a waffle with ice cream and a coffee milkshake and both were absolutely delicious. My daughter had Oreo milkshake and dirty fries with BBQ pulled pork which she thoroughly enjoyed. Definitely worth the effort to go and enjoy after wondering the Folkstone high street.
