Starbucks in Shepway

Had a fantastic coffee today 16/06/2022 !!! Made from the most brilliant staff I've ever known, fabulously friendly, professional, warm and always at hand to help in any way they can. The Folkestone Starbucks in my opinion is one of the best teams you have, thank you for yet another very needed and extremely delectable coffee!!

Great little starbucks in the centre of town. Small wait for my drink around 5mins but not long. My coffee was good and staff were friendly and was a good atmosphere.They also had a section to take home used coffee grounds for your garden. Love this! So eco and a kind thing to do for their customers

Never been to a startbucks! Loved it would go again made me feel very welcome loved the staff and gave me a love heart on my latte!!!!!!

Polite and friendly staff coffee is amazing and it's situated in the perfect place in town always clean they make you feel like friends 😀

I've actually never been into Starbucks Folkestone as everytime walk to the door and seen all the tables with empty cups and spilt coffees all over them it's put me off. Very dirty with lazy staff. Good job there is a great coffee shop a few doors down called Costa.

Awful. We ordered some fraps for the kids and they forgot one, so we tried to call them. Of course their registered phone number is not recognised because they cannot be bothered to take responsibility for their mistakes. The kid had to wait to get a refund from just eat and then get another frap while watching the rest of the family have theirs. Disgusting behaviour. Not to mention it took them forever to make the drinks.

Drinks are always good but the service can be hit or miss.

My local Starbucks been visiting almost 10 years. Other day i asked new drinking samples, they refused service me sample.Not very welcoming any more

I enjoyed my coffee and people were lovely x
