Sunshine BBQ Restaurant in Shepway

We had a birthday lunch for my mum yesterday. The food was absolutely delicious, every single dish for every person was a real treat. It’s fun to be able to see the chefs cooking a d the service was perfect. In fact our lovely waitress overhead that it was my mums birthday and brought her out a complimentary drink and sang happy birthday. Thank you very much, we will definitely be back even though we live about 30 miles away, it’s worth the journey!

Five stars all the way as food and service were outstanding. We chose from the three course mid week lunch menu which was extensive. We chose two different entrees and two different mains and all was fresh, eye appealing and downright tasty. We both had the rice pudding for dessert and it was delicious. Such lovely friendly staff. Cannot fault this place, it was indeed a little ray of sunshine!

Everting starting from the food, atmosphere and staff is amazing. We enjoyed every moment and we will definitely visit again the restaurant when we will return to this lovely town. A big thank you to Rodica for her hospitality and her smile. She made our day even better.

Amazing! We had a great time last night, food was probably the best I've ever had in a restaurant. We had the sharing mixed grill and was out if this world, couldn't finish it all but they were more than happy to box it up to takeaway. Staff were great. Atmosphere was fantastic. We'll definitely be returning very soon!

Really good Turkish food, fab atmosphere served up by staff who clearly enjoy their job and are proud of the quality of what they deliver. whats not to like, it was very busy and thats not a surprise. 10/10 will eat their again

This was the second time I've been to this restaurant. Both times, my experience was outstanding. The food is fantastic with huge portions and reasonably priced too. The restaurant itself is decorated beautifully and has a warm and inviting feel to it. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. I can't wait to visit again soon 🙂

Absolutely loved it here. The service from a really lovely, quiet, calm lady was impeccable. Such a lovely way about her. She made the experience even better. The cocktails were so delicious and lots of choice. The food from the set lunch time menu was really nice, 3 courses for around £15. Really enjoyed the whole experience. The décor was beautiful. Very nice and clean. Bathroom was lovely and clean too. Would recommend and will definitely be going back next time I'm in Hythe. Thank you! X

Cocktails were lush!!One of the best Turkish places I have been to in a long time. Lovely ambience and staff were lovely and very attentive.

Sunshine MEZE is one of the best authentic, Turkish restaurants that I have been to. All the dishes, including the starters were excellent. Mains were very flavoursome and the desserts were to die for. The ambience was fantastic. Can highly recommend this place.
